What a joy to read — thank you so much! We're absolutely thrilled that the terrarium made such a special and original gift, and even more delighted to hear it brought so much happiness to the lucky recipient.
We’re especially glad our advice and delivery service helped everything go smoothly — and that it’s now proudly on display for others to enjoy too! Your kind words really mean a lot to us. 🌿

amazing quality! would buy again.
The terrarium was a present. It went down really well, the quality of the plants and the entire kit was to a great quality. Would 100% recommend, and will probably be buying from Tropical Glass again in the future. The only "negative" was it took a few days to dispatch, but it did arrive the next day (on the day of the birthday!). But the quality of the product is well worth it.

Thank you so much — we’re so glad you’re happy with the service and your terrarium! Getting it to you the very next day is exactly what we aim for.
Just so you know for the future: if you ever need guaranteed next-day delivery, you can select the named day delivery option at checkout (just £3 extra) and place your order before 2pm. It usually arrives the next working day without a hitch — though very occasionally couriers have a hiccup (rare, but it happens!).
Thanks again for your kind words — we’d love to welcome you back anytime!
100% will order again
Excellent customer service, delivery and items arrived well packaged. You can tell that there’s a lot of care that goes into the items.

Failed to deliver
Paid extra for named delivery day as it’s a birthday present with instructions to leave the parcel in the porch if no one is at home and they haven’t bothered to deliver it at all.

We're truly sorry for the frustration caused by the delivery issue. Your order was dispatched on time, but as we rely on third-party couriers for the final delivery—in this case, DPD—there can occasionally be unforeseen issues. According to the tracking details, the driver attempted delivery on Monday but may not have deemed the location safe to leave the parcel at that time. Fortunately, it was successfully delivered the following day and placed in your requested safe place.
We completely understand that this wasn’t the experience you expected, especially for a birthday gift, and we sincerely appreciate your patience. As a valued returning customer, your support means a lot to us. To make up for the inconvenience, we have already refunded the extra charge for the named delivery day.
We hope you’re happy with your order now that it has arrived, and we truly appreciate your feedback.
