Great quality brilliant website prompt delivery

Purchased a terrarium from these guys a year ago. Very quick and lovely quality plants, equipment and tools. I needed to replace some cactus this year, so went straight here. Their website wouldn't accept my delivery address which was odd. I messaged the team who helped me quickly to get my order processed by email. Couldn't fault them, I will be using them again

Delivery was protected very well, the carton was quite soft but everything inside was packed in special airbag. Nothing broken, nothing missing, there was instructions very helpful. Plants were in grest condition, perfect size. Highly recommend as a gift to someone who's not the best with plant.

Great choice of goodies. Lots of support offered. Simple and quick purchase.

Lovely activity. Beautiful keepsake. 100% recommended

Good selection of products speedy delivery which was really well packaged

Goods were as described and prompt delivery

Brought as a gift . Very pleased with the terrarium which arrived exactly when arranged. Great service and support.

Absolutely incredible terrarium. Bought the "Bonn" for my partner's 50th birthday. She absolutely loves it. Tropical Glass were brilliant, they put it on order and delivered at a date that was suitable. They were fantastic from start to finish. I got the cork lid with light and it looks amazing with lights off and just the terrarium light on. Plants came well protected, all looked in great condition. Mrs was able to follow video with step by step guide. It's big, not too big, it's a statement in any room. It's so good we will be purchasing one for her parents for Christmas. I'd highly recommend Tropical Glass and their terrariums.

Beautiful, healthy plants and well-packed and delivered

Excellent website, good products at a very affordable price. Fast delivery. Would fully recommend AAAAA *****

I opted for one of their discounted jars that may have slight ‘imperfections’ and honestly it’s got the smallest bump on the rim and so perfect for my needs making a low tech planted jar aquarium. The jar came extremely well packaged, no danger of it becoming damaged in transit and the hand written note thanking me for my order was greatly received. Thank you!

Excellent service. Delivered on time. Well packaged. Great, clear on instructions on planting. Thank you.

Excellent product first class service and delivery

Once again, high quality products of an impeccable standard - perfectly delivery via their couriers - SIX STARS 8->

Contacted the company with a query and Katie replied really quickly. My order came on time, the instructions to care for the plants until I gave it as a gift were helpful, and the recipient loved it! Sustainable packaging too.

Great products and service. Wide range of items to build a perfect terrarium

It was a very wholesome and relaxing session, we had a fun time and learnt a lot about Terrarium and plant care too! Katie was incredibly helpful and made sure we went home satisfied. We made friends with the others and overall enjoyed the workshop. Thank you for the very informative and fun session :)

Very fun and unique experience with a lovely host Katie to guide the way and offer advice throughout to ensure our terrarium stays healthy and alive for as long as possible. Thank you
