My experience with True Network Solutions has been extremely disappointing, and I would strongly advise other small business owners to exercise extreme caution before signing anything through this company.

It all started when I was searching online for a business mobile contract. I visited a website that appeared to be a comparison site for different mobile providers. After submitting my enquiry, I was simply informed that an agent would contact me.

What followed was approximately THREE WEEKS of persistent phone calls and emails. I received repeated calls from different telephone numbers, which I generally ignored, as I had not expected such an aggressive sales approach.

Eventually, I answered a call from a number I did not recognise and was persuaded to proceed with their offer.

On 5 October 2026, we signed up for two business mobile connections through True Network Solutions.

During the sales process, we were told that the mobile network would be EE. This was an important factor in our decision to proceed.

However, what was not made sufficiently clear to us was that we would not be contracting directly with EE. Instead, our agreement would be with plan.com, a separate service provider using the EE network.

This distinction matters enormously. When problems arose, we found ourselves dealing with plan.com rather than EE directly, subject to plan.com's own contractual terms, customer service arrangements and early termination charges.

I believe this should have been explained clearly and prominently during the sales process, rather than leaving customers to discover the practical implications after signing a 36-month agreement.

Almost immediately, both connections experienced serious problems with calls and mobile data. I reported these issues on 11 October, and despite repeated troubleshooting, the service has remained unreliable.

However, what concerns me most is the entire sales process and what happens once the customer has signed.

The contract contains substantial potential early termination charges and provisions that appear heavily weighted in favour of the provider. I do not feel that the practical implications of such a lengthy commitment, particularly the consequences of wanting to leave when the service does not work reliably, were adequately explained during the sales process.

The contrast between the persistence of the sales approach and the difficulty of achieving a satisfactory resolution afterwards is striking.

To be fair, our contact at True Network Solutions has responded to our complaints and attempted to help. However, the fundamental issues remain unresolved, and we are now faced with the prospect of significant financial penalties if we wish to leave.

As the intermediary that arranged and sold these contracts, True Network Solutions should take responsibility for ensuring customers fully understand the commitments they are entering into, including who their actual contractual service provider is, and receive meaningful support when things go wrong.

My advice to other businesses: be extremely cautious about submitting your details on comparison-style websites. Be prepared for persistent sales calls, and do not agree to anything over the phone without carefully reviewing every contractual term, particularly the identity of the service provider, contract length and early termination charges.

I regret allowing myself to be persuaded into this agreement.

We are now pursuing a formal complaint and seeking a fair resolution. I will update this review if the situation is resolved satisfactorily.

True Network Solutions have been brilliant from start to finish. Russell made our contract swap completely seamless — he handled everything, kept us updated, and made the whole process hassle‑free. Efficient, friendly, and genuinely easy to deal with. Highly recommend.

Absolutely appalling service- Don`t use!!!!

After swapping from Tesco 02 to the recommended EE business contract in March, today I still have a phone with no service!
I have been promised I would be moved back to 02 after the EE service was not working consistently and now have nothing at all unless stood by my home hub! I am a week into waiting- the safety of myself and clients being compromised when rehabilitating high drive rescue dogs, and costing my business in everyway after lost workshops and classes due to lack of communication!
I have asked to terminate the contract as never been fully able to use my business phone and being told I can`t!!! Avoid at all costs!
