I have always found the advisors very…
I have always found the advisors very helpful and polite making the times I needed to withdraw funds very straightforward. However, a recent experience became more complicated as additional security information was requested. This, of course, is in my interest but it would have helped if I had known this at the point of applying rather than a drip feed of requests.
