Our first visit, as my wife required treatment. We received a warm welcome, and my wife said her treatment went well.
The premises had a relaxed atmosphere - we will most definitely return, should needs arise.

Nadeem checked my ears and honestly he was so good and gentle and kept me reassured the whole time definitely recommend such a lovely environment and staff around were very welcoming too!

I had ear wax removal done today, and Nadeem was fantastic—very personable, caring, and professional. He explained the whole process clearly, which made me feel completely at ease. Highly recommended!

Went to Boots in Cheadle for a free hearing test and was told my left ear was full of wax. On recommendation I went to Truly Hearing and Wellbeing and met Nadeem. The premises is so lovely and Nadeem was a joy to meet. Professional and knowledgable and he was so gentle whilst attending to my ear. He concluded with a hearing test for both ears. Will certainly go back to him in the future.

I used this company today as it was recommended by a friend who has used them numerous times in the past. I cannot recommend their professionalism and hygiene throughout the consultation enough. They were very friendly and put me at ease throughout the procedure. A glowing 5 star from me.

had a massage today by Danielle and it was literally the best massage I have experienced, dan asked me what I would like her to concentrate on and she did exactly that! I've never felt so relaxed. I would 100% recommend, ive already booked myself in again for next month.

Had a massage with Danielle yesterday and it was brilliant. She also included a reflexology taster which I really enjoyed. Danielle is knowledgeable, kind and welcoming and I would recommend her services. Can't wait to go back next time!

Booked in for a Full Body Massage (Swedish) with Dan. Very pleasant experience. Scheduled for an hour, however, Dan took it upon herself to spend a little extra time (30mins) ensuring the body was completely seen to.

Overall relaxing, wholesome experience. Dan respected the self and body to the utmost degree. Great chat too, will definitely be returning.

My first visit was for the lymphatic drainage massage. I didn’t know what to expect but the 1st thing I got was the friendliest welcome ever! And it just got better from therein. I was put at ease with my many questions, and I relaxed into the massage. The lymphatic drainage massage isn’t your usual massage, but everything was explained thoroughly to me so whilst the massage was taking place, I had a better understanding of what was going on. Danielle is so knowledgeable on the subject and takes her time to explain everything to you. I went because I wanted to restart my healthy eating programme and I feel that this just did the trick! A few days later I noticed I felt more energised, less achy and not a bloated as normal, I certainly noticed the difference. Afterwards I booked myself in for a Swedish full body massage for the following week which was equally as good! I would definitely recommend; I know I will be going back!

First visit but not the last. Had booked a massage not my usual thing but feeling a bit stiff and sore. The whole experience was fantastic. Clean, warm, bright and Danielle was so welcoming and professional. There was no pressure to chat - but can if you like! Essential oils smelt fabulous- the hour went so quick. Pre and post health queries and follow up advice instructions provided. I felt fantastic afterwards and through the weekend.
Will definitely be back again and highly recommend.

Blocked ear sorted there and then - superstars! Very professional and kind team, with hygienic and safe care!

Walked in today without a booking not expecting to be able to have an Ear Wax removal there and then - following 3 weeks of a fully blocked ear. I was welcomed in and the team found time for me within 20 minutes.

I felt very safe; that hygiene and my care was a top priority. All elements of the irrigation process were explained clearly and how any risks were to be mitigated.

I was encouraged to raise any concerns, but the treatment was painless and my hearing is now crystal clear! It was also a great benefit to be able to have both ears cleared at the same time, for no extra cost.

So thankful for helping me finally hear fully again, for being so accommodating and for the care taken in clearing from around my eardrum.

Would absolutely recommend to anyone experiencing uncomfortable build up of wax - and heard plenty about the massage therapy available too!

Booked in for a Swedish massage and cupping with dan. My shoulders and top back was feeling tight and restricted due to intense boxing and mma training. Can now I see I hundred percent feel better and now have more range of motion when moving and feel a lot more relaxed. The team was very professional and I was looked after well, it was nice to meet everyone in the clinic. Very down to earth people 👊🏻🙏🏻
