Truss is amazing!!
After finding this brilliant company at Salon International last year! I can honestly say the Air Libre is one of my favourite bleaches! Lovely customer service and Max Borges is definitely the king of Brazilian balayage! The only downside is I wish it was in capital or Sally’s so it would much easier for me to grab when stocking up.

I received my amino from Truss and even though the product wasn't sealed it looked genuine (especially the smell). I have started to use it so I'll feedback after seeing the results. After I mentioned to the Customer Service dept that my product wasn't sealed, a very lovely employee, Hannah, replied instantly and offered me a full refund which I declined as I already started to use the product. She then sent me a lovely gift with multiple samples and products, wrapped so nicely.
This is definitely the best CS I've experienced so far, so great job Truss for taking care of your staff and customers x

The actual postage costed £4 as per sticker in the box.

Very good products
I found the website a little confusing and doesn’t have your full range of products . I wanted to order products to repair dry and damage end of hair after strong products and I end up receiving something else. Having said that all products are received do what it says.
I received samples however their are not on the website for sale what again it is frustrating. Decided to book appointment with one of your hairdressers in London to buy more as I found the website confusing and doesn’t have the full range of products. Is there any other way to buy your products ? I am looking for ultra hydration plus ( shampoo and Conditioner) and miracle too.

Those customers wishing to buy the salon range need to call via the whatsApp function as we usually like them to have a consultation with one of our educators to discuss their salon's needs. For the homecare range, all home care products are on sale but due to the covid 19 pandemic shipping from our factory has been very slow and some of the products are out of stock which we know must be frustrating. We are expecting a shipment this week and will have everything back in stock by the end of the week. Truss products were recommended to me after I had my hair made blonde - I have to say having tried many different products this one really works. Bought for my wife who had chemo last…
Bought for my wife who had chemo last year Even though she didn’t lost her hair you can imagine the hair structure suffered a lot .
Months after months tons of products trough a Brazilian Hair Dresser we could find it here in the UK and according to my wife she will never use anything else on her hair.
So we highly recommend.
