The casket was delievered today as promised to the funeral home and it was even more beautiful in person. The service was excellent during a very difficult time. When I explained I needed the casket in just six days, they assured me it was no problem. They not only met this tight deadline but delivered early, which gave me complete peace of mind. The casket was beautiful and looked exactly as it did in the pictures.

Our dad had a very small insurance policy so we paid out of pocket for almost everything. The casket was delivered the next morning and was absolutely beautiful. Ordering was easy, stress free and a third of the cost when ordering from the funeral home. Sadly I cannot remember the name of the lady taking our order but she was so nice and more than helpful. I specifically asked if the caskets were made in the US. My father only bought US products. I was told the wood was sourced in the US and assembled in South America. I was willing to compromise on that issue. The casket arrived yesterday in packaging stamped "Made in China."

I'm amending my review. Moments after posting my original review Jeffrey with Trusted Caskets called. We were able to work out a resolution and a new casket arrived today. I'm happy with the resolution.

While I was able to contact the company, I was told I would receive a confirmation and time it would be shipped, however I did not. Yet, the casket was delivered the morning of the day I wanted it and all was good!

The casket was supposed to arrive 07/10/25 it didn’t now everything is put in panic mode for a 8:00 am delivery on 07/11/25

The casket was absolutely beautiful and it was delivered in 2 days. It was a third of the,cost. Highly recommend, don't pay $$$ at the funeral home.
