Clear Compliance Instructions
Our experience was a pleasure, all instructions to comply are clear and detailed. The staff are welcoming and helpful as you go through this process. The timescale to supply information is difficult but thankfully the staff worked well with us and were appreciative of a busy business environment.

Very frustrating experience
First off I get a rogue trader from Which? "Trusted" Trader who did a kitchen installation from hell! Still have issue 10 months on and no electrical certificates. When I try to discuss a complaint about them with Which? I find they have an unmanned line so you can't just phone up and speak to someone. I am as frustrated with Which? as I am in the incompetent trader they advertised in the first place.

A frustrating encounter with Which? Trusted Traders
I submitted a 5 star review to Which? Trusted Traders about a trader accredited by them.
After my submission, Which? Trusted Traders sent an email requesting proof I was a genuine customer of the trader I had reviewed, either by submitting paperwork, or by ringing to confirm by telephone.
As I didn't have access to paperwork at the time, I rang Which? Trusted Traders, encountering a voicemail message stating they were too busy to answer my call, inviting me to leave a voicemail message instead. Two days later, having heard nothing, I followed up with an email to Which? Trusted Traders, asking them to get in touch. At the time of my Trustpilot review, over a week after my initial contact with Which? Trusted Traders, I still had received no follow up from them. Meanwhile, my 5 star review for the trader sat in abeyance, I feared indefinitely.
It seemed ironic that Which?, a charitable organisation set up to be the Consumer's Champion, seemingly failed so miserably to provide a decent service on behalf of its customers, who pay handsomely to subscribe to the Which? Trusted Traders service.
Following my review on Trustpilot, Which? Trusted Traders immediately made efforts to contact me to enable the issue to be resolved. As a result, I have raised my rating from 2* to 3* to reflect my overall experience with them.

Just had a Rock back door installed and…
Just had a Rock back door installed and fitted which included a canopy by greener glazing. The service provided by this company was excellent and first class, the fitters were friendly and polite. The overall installation and finish was top marks, the door and canopy quality really stands out, I am impressed with both companies Rock doors and greener glazing. Both companies offer 5 star service, I would recommend both companies to any new customer.

Confident of reliable service from Tom Leonard
Our previous combi boiler was a Worcester, and when it was about 18 years old we wanted a replacement of the same make as it had been very reliable. Tom Leonard recommended a Worcester Bosch which was slightly more expensive than the one we picked out, saying it was a better model with a somewhat bigger capacity, and would not have to work so hard to run central heating and hot water together.
We took his advice, and have been highly satisfdied with the result, and the annual servicing he has performed since January 2018. He is pleasant, polite and tidy. And so far, totally reliable.

Becoming a Which trusted trader was a great experience
Becoming a Which trusted trader was a great experience from start to finish. One of the most rewarding parts for us was our face to face appraisal, where we were really grateful for the input and suggestions from the assessor. Although our staff are highly dedicated and focussed on customer service, it was especially useful to have our systems tested and studied to add even more levels of professionalism. All in all, it was a very rewarding and satisfying experience for all of our staff.
