Broken 'slide and swing' Patio Doors....No more!
I had been unable to open my 'slide and swing' patio doors for 3 years as the company that manufactured and installed them became insolvent owing to the Covid19 pandemic. I called Woodfield Windows Southern to see if they could help fix the doors. I was so impressed with the professionalism and speediness of their response. I felt it necessary to right a glowing review for this company as they were not only able to fix my doors but also at a reasonable price. Well done them!!

Professional, Friendly and Hassle-Free Sign-Up Process
I recently joined Which? Trusted Traders and was really impressed with how smooth and straightforward the whole process was. Everyone I spoke to was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. It felt like they really wanted to make sure I understood everything and was comfortable at each step. 5 stars – Outstanding Service from Start to Finish
Simone Fitzgerald was incredibly helpful and made my whole experience completely stress-free. From the first contact, she was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Nothing was too much trouble for her, and she really went above and beyond to make the process smooth and easy. It’s rare to come across someone so genuine and efficient. Avoid Which trusted traders
I hired a trader named Handy Property Services—endorsed by Which?—to refurbish my kitchen, and it turned out to be an absolute nightmare. He caused extensive damage: chipped units and worktops, installing them incorrectly and damaging my new appliances - dishwasher, oven and microwave all damaged, drilling right through panels, damaging tiles (some of which are now loose), and leaving the kitchen in a poor and unfinished state. The cost to rectify the damage will be significant.
Despite initially agreeing to make good on the issues, the trader has now ceased all contact and is refusing to carry out any further work. I reported the matter to Which?, provided all the requested evidence, and asked them to take action or at least publish my review. However, they've failed to do anything. I’ve called repeatedly for an update—no one is ever available to speak, and despite leaving my details and sending multiple follow-up emails, I’ve had no response.
I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve always held Which? in high regard and trusted their endorsements, but in this case, I feel completely let down.

Could not fault the service at all from start to finish. From our first enquiry to finally becoming accredited we were looked after by each member of the team. The process was straightforward and not intimidating at all despite the rigorous checks they have in place. Special thanks to Simone,John and Beth who helped make the process a smooth one.

Awesome Customer Service Throughout
We have been very very impressed with the level of customer service from which trusted trader throughout our application. It's taken a few weeks and helped us tighten up our services also. The process of becoming a which trusted trader was pretty rigorous, which can only be a good thing.

Great company to have work for you
The guys were very pleasant and easy to talk to.
They did a professional job and completed the electrification of 3 garage doors in about 5 hours which we thought was exceptional .They went through the workings of the remotes and demonstrated the operation fully
They cleaned up after they had finished
They stuck to the quoted price which we found most acceptable.
We would not hesitate to recommend James and his son Ryley ,they were a pleasure to deal with.
Thanks for a great job well done and I now don't have to struggle physically trying to open any of the doors..
