Molly was amazing throughout our process of becoming Which? trusted traders. She was very transparent about the process and kept me updated even with it being the christmas period at certain points. The shower pump stopped working
The shower pump stopped working, and Stuart replaced it and fitted a new one. We have been using SJE Plumbing and Heating Services, and we are delighted with their work.

Brilliant service with helpful and friendly staff.
I found everyone I dealt with very helpful and friendly. The process is relatively simple and if you're unsure about anything regarding the application, there's always someone on hand to chat to.
There vetting process is thorough, which I was glad of because I think that it will serve me well down the line and will obviously give future clients some piece of mind.
Aside from that, they provided some very useful advice during the application, which I probably would never have got otherwise.
I would recommend this service to anyone and I believe that being a Which? trusted trader will serve me well in the future.

Great experience
The process was great from start to finish. Our assessment was informative and genuinely helpful. The assessor Alistair was lovely and very knowledgeable - it was a pleasure to have met him.
Our coordinator Beth Foston was equally as lovely and helpful, nothing was too much trouble and they both helped us through the process. Thank you to you both!

GS ROOFING, STRATHBLANE
Excellent & positive experience with Gordon Smith & his workers - they did a first class job of installing my new roof, work actually finished earlier than expected & I am delighted with the finish.
Workers were polite and very hard working - they never stopped working in freezing temperatures this week. Left everything neat and tidy as before.
Would definitely recommend.

The Which? team explained the assessment process, timetable and how to prepare - at each stage, providing clear guidance. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was helpful and professional, and easily contactable. It's a rigours and challenging process, as you'd expect, but achievable for businesses that put customers first.

Update following reply from WHICH: - Thank you for confirming that the trader, E A MOBILITY cannot be trusted.
They can call me a liar but NOT MY WIFE. The installer, the office lady and the manager ( Stuart) were all asked about weekend working and they all answered "we don't work weekends" The manager even asked where we got that information from, so I told him where it was in the contract and he told me HE WROTE THE CONTRACT. It was important that they finished the work in the 4/5 days agreed so my disabled wife had her shower room and working weekends sealed the deal for us to use them. there was no being misled by the information in the contract.
I had reason to make a complaint to WHICH about one of it's traders. The trader had misleading claims in it's sales brochure and worse, false clauses in it's contract which encouraged us to hire the trader to do our bathroom. We later found out the claims were not true and the clause in the contract was known to be false by the Installer, Office lady and even the Manager who wrote the contract.
WHICH are supposed to investigate the complaint but you are not allowed to know what they ask of the Trader and what the outcome of the investigation is, this seams strange as if you don't like the outcome, you are supposed to be able to use their dispute resolution service to help resolve the complaint. How can you if you don't know what to complain about.
You are allowed to complain about WHICH to WHICH themselves and they will investigate themselves but based on the above you really wouldn't hold out much faith in them.
Based on my experience, I would never rely on WHICH'S site to check a trader and moreover, if the trader had the WHICH logo on it's site I would be more likely to steer clear of that trader and look to local opinions and referrals instead.

We understand that you feel misled by the trader relating to working weekends. The business confirmed they can work weekends, but this is an exception, not the norm.

Where appropriate, Which? can and do suspend endorsements, and can terminate business endorsements if we are aware of a breach of contract or if the companies do not uphold Which? 's high standard.
