I had no idea that TFA no longer trading, it was only in the past couple of days i wondered why my pre-probate payment hadn't been withdrawn. So what happens to the money ive paid for this service

I had a Consultation on the 5th of June…
I had a Consultation with Charlotte on the 5th of June 2024 I bought an estate Trust and got a free Will thrown in with it because I’ve paid upfront in full so I don’t owe anything now but still wondering why it’s coming up to 6 weeks and I still haven’t got my documents apart from the welcome pack and another letter to do with this Business I’ve rang a few times over different matters regarding my Trust I’ve set up and sending photo IDs they asked for so my documents can be processed together and then the other day I rang to ask where my documents are after six weeks of delay and several phone calls over different things todo with this trust policy I’ve taken out …The guy on the phone said they have been completed on the plan / computer ready to print off and awaiting to be sent over to me in the post to get them signed and witness…..That was about five days ago now I am starting to worry that this company is not all that it’s cracked up to be ! i’ve given it three stars so far because Charlotte that did the consultation was lovely I even asked her in our meeting if she was genuine as I was suspicious about someone Bogus trying to scam me but then she put my mind at rest by showing me her Facebook and social media account and proving who she said she was which made me feel better And she proved she was genuine …but since my meeting with her and now the hold-up of my documents has made me give a three stars score as I intended to give a top score but the delay of my documents is the reason for the three stars I know it takes maybe four weeks but it’s now coming close to six and getting Ridiculous maybe it would be Complicated to cancel and pull out now as it’s far too late and gone past the cooling off period which is not my fault but there’s for the delays but I’m Tempted to just ask for my money back.

I don't give reviews. This is not a review. Day 1 good and I paid up but needed some dates of birth. I was promised a phone call. I haven't got all the information anyway but no phone call on day two and now on day three at 12.30 and no phone call and I now need to go out for the afternoon. so could do better.

Dominic called me several times to arrange appointment as I needed to have a conversation with my husband. This was not a problem and Dominic was very professional and helpful. Then a visit from Jamie and everything was explained so we understood clearly. Also in a professional and patient visit.
