Hi Adam, thanks for your review.
I'm afraid to disagree with you here, due to us cancelling and refunding you in full as you were unhappy to follow our business process, and consistently requested that we service you outside of our business policies.
As we cannot do this, we saw it best to fully refund you and cancel your order.

You were refunded in line with our terms and conditions and a very small re-stocking fee was deducted, as we did not need to allow you to cancel this order after securing your goods for you.

Hi there,

Firstly having served over 5,000 customers we are clearly not a scam of any kind.

When we refunded you, we advised your bank may take a couple of working days to show these funds cleared back into your account.

Could I ask how we could possibly improve on that, having refunded you immediately at your request?

Hi Lucy, firstly I need to confirm that we are obviously not a scam of any kind, and having helped thousands of customers get the items they need, with no credit checks required, clearly shows that.

The dispatch team were dealing with your delivery as we previously confirmed, however your payment that fell due on the 21st Aug failed, and so this caused a delay in the delivery of your order.

We understand that you are unhappy waiting for your delivery, but you do need to make payments on time, therefore given your review I feel the best thing to do is fully refund you and cancel your order with us, which I have done for you today.

Hi Chayse,

We will keep this simple, because this review contains a lot of noise (which our 4000+ genuine customers wouldn’t agree with) but unfortunately leaves out the one fact that actually matters in this case.

The agreement required your qualifying payments to be made on time before the goods were released. They were not, infact non of them were which we communicated to you on multiple occasions.

Our records confirm this. The order therefore did not qualify for dispatch. It really is that straightforward.

The claim that we took over £1,100 and kept it is also rather conveniently misleading. ALL payments were refunded and the order was cancelled. No fridge freezer was taken from you and no £1,100 was kept by us.

As for the claims about us being “scared of the law” — if you genuinely believe you have a legal case, you are perfectly entitled to pursue it. We will simply produce the payment records, terms and correspondence and let the facts speak for themselves.

We are not going to rewrite our records to fit a customer’s version of events, nor will we be pressured into releasing goods when the agreed conditions have not been met.

Customers are entitled to expect us to honour our agreements, and we expect our genuine customers to do the same.

As we confirmed, we refunded you in full and closed your account, and we wish you the best in your future credit endeavours.
