Truth Legal dealt with my personal injury claim and my review of them is that they provided excellent service. They listened to what I had to say, they acted quickly in my best interests and this was resolved within approximately 1 year resulting in a positive outcome. I would recommend this company to everyone.

My visa application process was incredibly easy, smooth, and stress-free thanks to Truth Legal, particularly Frances Ledbury. Frances was kind, understanding and extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Whenever I felt like I had any questions about the visa she would offer to have a video call and answer all my queries patiently with great attention to detail.

I opted for the full representation package, the highest-cost option, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the service I received. Given the numerous documents I had to gather and the potential omissions I might have made on my own, there is no doubt that I will choose Truth Legal again when renewing my visa.

I knew after finishing my telephone call with Francis that I had found the right person to help my Son and his fiancée embark on their immigration journey. Her commitment to her clients is flawless, she genuinely cares about each individual person. Francis stayed up until near midnight to ensure that our application was submitted prior to the price increase and has been there for us as a family even after the visa was granted and her work concluded, fully supporting us with answering our questions when we panicked about the new immigration rules announced in December 2023.

I have no hesitation in recommending Francis and have already asked her if she would represent my Son and his partner throughout the five year journey ahead and completely vouch for the ethos of the company in general ‘making sure legal services are accessible to all.’ Initial advice was free and the fees we paid for the inclusive service were very reasonable (half of what I was quoted elsewhere) and when I think of how much work was done for that and the help and contact received, it is exceptional value.

I don’t have the words to express the joy of seeing my Son and his partner sharing Christmas with us after being separated for four years. With something as precious as your child’s happiness, having someone you can completely trust, like Francis, has been life changing.
