Ordered on febuary 2 pretty sure I have been scammed just gut wrenching also the creators on TikTok who where promoting this brand such as “Tiana prime” has to have known what was going on , and is clearly where her sketchy money is coming from

Ordered over a month ago. Kept saying they had delays then eventually never responded. Hundreds of dollars gone. Absolute scam.

Ordered nearly 2 months ago, nothing, not even a delivery tracker. SCAM

Do not get the two mixed up. Trutide SOLUTIONS is a great company and this company Trutide SUPPLY has been doing bad business. We know because their customers are contacting us with their complaints. Be careful out there guys.

Ordered 10mg of Reta and 1 vial of BAC water. I received the Reta in a melted hardened state with cracks forming and did not receive the BAC water. How hard is it to look at an order and ship the right things!!!!

Do not order from here, I will be finding a different supplier.

So I made a purchase more than 3 weeks ago. I’ve already made a review, it finally came and it came very quickly after their shipment came in, but I’m missing my 3ml bac water and my almost $40 prep pads and needles.

I haven’t tested my ghk yet because I can’t without the rest of my order but I’ll make another review on how the customer service goes and how they intend to fix this.

Not impressed placed an order 2 weeks ago and still no confirmation about my order. I have sent them an email with no response it is pretty disappointing!

I placed an order with Trutide Supply on February 2nd and have still not received my package, despite the website advertising 2–3 business day express shipping.
At this point, I’m quite concerned about the delay. I have not received any shipping updates or tracking information, and there has been no communication regarding my order.
I urgently need this package and would appreciate clarity on when I can expect delivery, along with the tracking details. A prompt response would be appreciated, as I’ve had no updates so far.

Shipping took 4 weeks to arrive after I was told 2-3 days. The 2 Reta vials I got costs me $360 + the extra stuff I had to get for it is way overpriced for these 10mg vials. I started with 1mg and went up to 4mg a week and didn't feel any difference. No wonder the certificate of analysis' are from 2024. These are not pure peptides, extremely disappointed. Ripped off

tried with another company and didn't feel ant sort of effects, saw this guy on tiktok his stuff came within 3 days. i bought retta and within 24 hours i could retta taking on its full effect and my appetite had already started to suppress. best quality peptides out!!!

Absolute rip off prices. Couldn’t show me purity test reports and I did a test myself and was 17% purify. Steer clear! SCAM
