Horrible experience

Horrible experience. They take all your details and then dont offer you a place. Looks like a scam. Do not give your details and information to them.

Firstly, we strongly refute the suggestion that our services are a scam. All of the courses we advertise are legitimate and many include guaranteed interview opportunities upon completion. We work with recognised training providers and employers to deliver these outcomes.

In some cases, eligibility is subject to funding criteria, including postcode restrictions. This can mean that unfortunately not every applicant qualifies for a funded place. If this applies, it would have been explained by a member of our team. It appears there may have been a misunderstanding or that you may not have spoken with us directly to discuss your application in detail.

We take data protection seriously and only collect information necessary to assess eligibility for our programmes. We do not misuse or share personal data improperly.

We would welcome the opportunity to clarify your situation and ensure you have accurate information. Please contact us on 020 3808 9946 so we can review your application and discuss any alternative options that may be available.

We take feedback seriously, but we also feel it’s important that reviews accurately reflect the facts.

Hi truworx the first 3 points what you…

Hi truworx the first 3 points what you say on your website are true, you redirect us to the educational institutions to get into the courses. But the 4th point as you mentioned on the website “Guaranteed job interviews” is 100% wrong. I have very recently finished my Level 2 Education Support Program. I’m keenly looking for a job, not to progress to Level 3 at the moment. I have contacted Simon 3-4 times after the course requesting to provide a job interview as promised by truworx, and I also contacted the learner support team on call, but no guidance or support in finding a job. Pls don’t trap learners by promising “Guaranteed job interviews” as I think your company doesn’t do that and don’t have any team to work out on finding jobs or interviews to learners. It’s been a month now since I finished my Level 2.

Liars and spam

Liars and spam
Don’t sign up for these courses
This company is dishonest and will not delete my private information even though I’ve asked multiple times
I signed up for the teaching ass course a few weeks ago
Attended the initial meeting where I took notes and was told during that meeting that we would have two weeks to complete assessments
I did them
But was stilll getting updates saying I needed to complete them
I then was rushed and told it needed to be done by 730 the next day
Which if they wanted the whole modules doing there was no chance as I’m home educating my daughter at the moment
And each test takes at least 15mins
I checked my notes and realised they said in initial meeting we had 2 wks to do these
I asked for them to delete all my personal data and to withdraw me from the course
I got a confirmation WhatsApp that the numbers ect would be deleted
Since then I’ve had 3 emails and countless WhatsApp’s

This company is so disorganised and dishonest do not waste your time signing up to any courses
It’s a complete waste of time
If this is what is like just to get on the course I dread to think what the actual course is like

We are sorry to read this and take concerns like this seriously.

To clarify a few important points for anyone reading. During the information meeting we explain that learners have up to two weeks to complete initial assessments. However if a cohort is filling quickly we may also send reminder messages closer to the start date so learners who wish to proceed do not miss their place. These reminders are automated and not an indication that your assessments were incomplete if they had already been submitted.

Regarding data deletion. Once you asked to withdraw we confirmed that your WhatsApp contact would be removed and your details marked for deletion in line with GDPR. Some system generated emails may still send briefly while this process completes, but your data is not retained or used beyond that point. We do not sell or misuse personal information.

We are not dishonest and we are certainly not a spam operation. We deliver government funded courses across the UK and work with recognised awarding bodies and employers. Thousands of learners successfully complete our courses every year.

That said we accept that our communication in this instance caused frustration and we apologise for that. We are continually improving our systems to make the onboarding process clearer and less stressful, especially for parents and carers balancing other commitments.

If you would like us to review your data deletion status again or formally confirm completion, please email info@truworx.co.uk and we will resolve it promptly.

Never ever give details to them

Never ever give details to them. This is their main business to sell people details to other companies. And you know very well what these marketing companies do with people details.

This statement is completely incorrect.

We do not sell, share, trade, or pass personal data to third party marketing companies. Ever. That would be unlawful and a serious breach of GDPR.

Personal details are collected solely for the purpose of eligibility checks, course enrolment, learner support, and statutory reporting required for government funded education. Data is stored securely, access is restricted, and information is only shared where legally required with awarding bodies or funding partners directly connected to the course delivery.

Anyone who asks to withdraw or have their data deleted has that request actioned in line with GDPR. We gain nothing from retaining or selling data and have no business model built around marketing lists.

We understand there is a lot of distrust online, but making claims like this without evidence is misleading and unfair to both our team and the many learners who have successfully completed courses with us.

If you believe your data has been misused, we invite you to contact us directly so it can be investigated properly.

Harassment

Whatever you do, do not put any details on their online advert that is circulating social media offering free courses. I asked for information about a counselling course with a guaranteed interview at the end - I do not need a job I have one! I was just interested in the free counselling course advertised.
I was then bombarded with texts and emails, saying “you are guaranteed an interview and job at the end” so I decided I didn’t want to go ahead! I already have a job as a self employed holistic therapist!
So I don’t want this “job” or interview they are saying I’m going to be “given”.
I clicked unsubscribe and to this day over a year later I’m bombarded with texts! They just don’t stop! I’ve even emailed them asking them to stop and they still have not stopped!
I am NOT INTERESTED. Stop harassing me! People are allowed to enquire and then decide they are not interested! You should not keep harassing people even after they have told you to remove their details and to stop.

We’re sorry you feel this way and we want to be very clear, harassment is not our intention and is not how we operate.

When someone submits their details via an advert, they are registering interest in a government funded course. As part of that process, automated messages are sent to explain eligibility, course details, and where applicable, the option of a guaranteed interview. That does not mean a learner is forced into an interview or a job. It is simply an option for those who want it.

If someone decides not to proceed, unsubscribing should stop all non essential communications. If messages continued after you unsubscribed and after you emailed asking to be removed, then that is not the experience we want anyone to have and we apologise for that.

We do not deliberately ignore removal requests. In rare cases, legacy records, duplicate entries, or third party messaging tools can cause messages to continue unintentionally. When this is brought to our attention, it is corrected.

We take GDPR seriously. If you would like this reviewed and fully resolved, please email info@truworx.co.uk with the mobile number or email address involved and the subject line “Data Removal Request”. We will ensure all records are removed and provide confirmation.

People are absolutely allowed to enquire and then decide not to continue. There is no obligation to proceed with any course.

We regret the frustration this has caused and are continuing to improve our systems to prevent this from happening again.

Fantastic level 2 fast-track customer service course

After just completing a remote 12 day fast track level 2 qualification customer service course, I cannot rate this company high enough. Simon from Truworx is a great guy, he has been really helpful when it came to getting me on the course. The course itself exceeded my expectations. It was intense as to be expected, gaining a level 2 qualification in 12 days, Sam the tutor and the other students I worked with made it a fantastic experience and I'm looking forward to using my new qualification towards the next step in my journey.

SCAM

Put my details into an advertisement regarding a training course. I got harassed by these people with phone calls what’s app, emails the lot. Even at 7.30 am who does that. Then when I told them I wasn’t interested I’ve been bombarded with spam calls from all random numbers like they’ve passed my details to unsolicited companies. . Steer clear of this SCAM. Reported also. I accept it’s my fault for adding my details to a random advert but I’m warning others.

We strongly refute the claim that this is a scam or that we pass personal details to other companies.

When someone enters their details into one of our adverts, they are registering interest in a government funded training course. As part of that enquiry process, they will receive calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails explaining eligibility, course details, and next steps. This communication is time limited and directly related to the enquiry made.

We do not sell, share, or distribute personal data to third party marketing companies. Doing so would be illegal under GDPR and is not how our business operates. Any suggestion that subsequent spam calls from unrelated companies originated from us is incorrect.

Regarding contact times, our team works across different schedules and occasionally early morning messages may be sent, but this is never intended to cause distress. If someone informs us they are no longer interested, their details are marked accordingly and non essential communication should stop.

We take data protection seriously and comply with GDPR. Anyone who wishes to be removed can email info@truworx.co.uk and their data will be reviewed and deleted where applicable, with confirmation provided.

We appreciate that not everyone wishes to proceed after making an enquiry, and there is no obligation to continue. However, describing a legitimate training provider as a scam based on follow up contact after an enquiry is misleading.

Scammers

Scammers, they pretend to be providing training for possible interviews. The training is irrelevant to the “jobs” this is about them taking funding money. They will trap you on the course and when you realise its a scam they try and charge you to leave

This review is factually incorrect.

We do not charge learners to leave a course, and we do not “trap” anyone. All of our courses are government funded and free to eligible learners. There are no exit fees.

The training provided is nationally recognised and accredited, and is designed to improve employability. Where advertised, a guaranteed interview means an interview opportunity with an employer or partner organisation once the course is completed. It is not a promise of a job, and it is made clear that completion of training is required.

Like all government funded providers, funding is paid for learner participation and completion. That is not hidden, unusual, or unethical, and it does not make a provider a scam. It is how publicly funded adult education works across the UK.

Learners are free to withdraw at any point. If someone withdraws, funding stops. We do not invoice learners for leaving and we do not pursue payment.

We understand that government funded education is not suitable for everyone, and that some people decide it is not for them after enrolling. That is entirely their choice. However, making serious allegations that are untrue is misleading.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly or have specific evidence to support this claim, we invite you to contact us directly so it can be investigated.
