Ich habe vor 3 Wochen eine Bestellung aufgegeben und seitdem nichts mehr gehört, weder Antworten auf mails noch eine Versandbestätigung. Ich hoffe ich bekomme mein Geld zurück!!

La note est justifié . Récu une doudoune en cadeau en taille L , qui ne convient même pas à quelqu’un qui porte du M, délais de livraison trop long justifié par les fêtes de fin d’année.
La qualité est bas de gamme , ne vaut pas le coup du tout .
Finalité , argent dépensé bêtement .

Ich habe Mitte November eine Daunenjacke bestellt und bezahlt. Nach 14 Tagen habe ich nachgefragt, wann ich mit der Bestellung rechnen darf. Ich wurde vertröstet, anscheinend hatte die Firma personelle Ausfälle wegen Krankheit. Zwei Wochen später habe ich nochmals nachgefragt. Ich habe eine E-Mail erhalten, dass ich informiert werde, sobald die Jacke versendet wird. Bis heute habe ich keine Jacke erhalten und trotz erneuter Nachfrage nie wieder etwas von der Firma gehört!
Nie wieder - reine Abzocke!

Low quality products paired with arrogance, sizes are all over the place, sewing is done by a blind ferret probably.

I’ve just heard the story of my friend’s order. He never received the product, and the whole experience was a terrible combination of arrogance and discomfort. It’s important to let others know...

I have ordered several items from them, but unfortunately the quality is not up to an acceptable standard. The zippers regularly fail after short use and need replacement if you don’t want to throw the product away. The stitching and materials also feel closer to low-end, mass-market quality.

My most recent order was a winter suit, giving them another chance in the hope of improved quality, but we didn’t even get that far. The production time only became apparent after placing the order, as this information is hidden on the website and is relatively long. The order confirmation email provides no information about when the product can be expected. When I politely asked, I didn’t even receive a greeting — only a vague “3–14 days” response.

After more than two weeks, I asked again, and instead of proper communication, the order was cancelled in an offended manner — and at that point, the refund had still not been processed.

The communication is just as unprofessional as the product itself.
If you want to avoid these kinds of negative experiences, you’re better off choosing a proven, reliable brand instead.

Le design est sympa. Mais c’est tout !
Le délai de livra est long , pas grave si on le sait.
Sweat-shirt livré avec un trou! J’ai fait un mail et renvoyer le produit. Après plus de 3 semaines que le retour est livré chez eu toujours pas de retour de leur pars. Pourtant je les aient sollicité deux fois par mails !

Speedarm purchased.Very poor quality. Returned due to too small, 20€ return cost to Poland. Very unfriendly communication,only after several times insisting by mail I got my money back after more than a month.
Never again !
