2. It took a couple of days to get settings right
3. It took a day to figure out what size ear buds to use for the best results
4. Hubby who has insisted for several years now that he didn’t need hearing aids is wearing them daily and says that they really work
5. I have not had to repeat myself over and over or spell a word for him to understand me since he get them. Thank you so much!!!

Penelope, who's part of the customer support team is fantastic. She's very helpful, knowledgeable, gentle, and supportive. She's honestly one of the best customer support people I've ever dealt with.

I did try out an Intent 1 miniRITE R for 1 month, before purchasing a Future hearing aid, and find the quality of the Future hearing aid comparable, if not better than the Intent 1 miniRITE R. I like the option of being able to adjust the volume, and modes with the Future hearing aid.

My hearing was slowly going after a ear exam they tried to sell me 4000 aids went on line seen them and I thought for the price can't lose I'm sure glad I did my hear is over thr moon hear everything and easy to put in by third day forgot they were in try them can't lose Ron Rapley6

as far as i am concerned this company is a scam and no mater what you do you will never get your money back do not buy

I bought the hearing aids for my lovely girlfriend/wife, of 40 years together. I was tired of saying everything 2-3 times, and watch television with her, where I had to wear earplugs because of the painfully loud volume. My gal is going slow, getting used to all the sounds she has been missing over the years. She was very surprised at the things she could hear, that she had been unaware of. She said she can hear her feet when she walks, haha! We are slowly getting used to adjusting the hearing aids, but she can hear much, much better with them. I am getting good exercise, now having to leave the room to fart, hahaha! I am quite happy with my honeys progress!
