Ordered two lights, first order didn’t arrive and they said they’d arrange for another to be sent. Nothing arrived! Contacted them to find out where it was and haven’t had a peep out of them since, generally ignore emails and haven’t refunded my original purchase.

Would avoid at all costs….

Order didn’t arrive, contact with the company was very difficult initially.
I received a refund and a promise that they would send me a light free of charge as a thank you for my patience. That hasn’t arrived either.
This company needs to be far more transparent.

I bought 2 of the Outdoor Solar Lights and they are the most reliable solar lights I've ever bought. There are so many cheap solar lights on the market, but it's great to finally find reliable ones of high quality from an excellent supplier. These are perfect for parts of your garden where you need light when putting out the bins etc.

Took weeks to arrive from china. They were bright but buzzing. Told to return them at cost they would refund. Since retuning they have failed adhere to what was agreed. I was left to cover cost of retuning and this was not what was agreed. Then the founder came on and started being rude after I put up this review. Still not had my refund have no lights and out of pocket for postage. I would not recommend - customer service very poor and products not reliable. I have not been refunded either so disappointing. Having to claim refund through payment provider. Avoid!!!

Great product. I ordered three Halo Light Pro, use them in bathroom, landing and all. Really helps at night and saves flicking on the big lights!
Powerful but very light in weight.

I been a customer of Trylluminate, I recently upgraded to the 2.0 lights and wow, amazing new quality and battery life.

Love these lights! I have them across my whole house now😂 the battery lasts longer than my previous ones and they are still working after 1 year! 10/10

Ordered the sconce light. Arrived after a few weeks. They ship from china but i don’t feel they make it clear that it’s going to take weeks to arrive. Anyway - unpackaged and everything seems fine. Charged it to full and then stuck it to the wall. Used it maybe 3/4 times for about 30 mins while we’re having tea as it just sits above our dining table. Came to turn it on again and it doesn’t turn on. It’s completely lost its charge. Charged it back up to full and the same thing happens again. Not getting more than 2 hours use from a full charge. Completely useless for the purpose it serves. We didn’t use it all that often after it first arrived so unfortunately I’m out of the returns window. Emailed TryIlluminate to see if there was anything that could be done (assuming I’ve got a faulty product here as it advertised up to 20 hours of continuous use). Didn’t hear anything for a few days. Emailed again asking if somebody could respond and still nothing. It’s been 18 days since my first email and no reply.

I’ve bought 3 strip lights that all work well and i have no issues but the lack of communication on this issue has completely put me off. Won’t be getting my custom again. 1/5

Absolutely delighted with the two new "Halos" from Tryilluminate, which lighten up my kitchen cupboards as soon as I open the doors.
I'll be purchasing two more for my larger (under the sink) cupboards.

Items delivered a bit late but Christmas holidays & post delays were incurred.
Light installed under kitchen cabinet in a dark corner & its made the kitchen feel welcoming & bright especially during the dark winter afternoons

Firstly, the product is excellent – I highly recommend and I will definitely be purchasing a few more lights for a couple of built-in wardrobes. We had a very frustrating experience with delivery due mainly to the couriers, but Try Illuminate customer support were more than helpful, and we came to a very satisfactory resolution. It would be a straight 5 stars otherwise.

Great product and arrived as described on the website. These were motion-sensor strip lights that I used under my kitchen cabinets. I was surprised at how simple the installation was and how customizable the operation was.

We absolutely love the Illuminate wireless motion sensor strip light. It instantly brightens a dark cupboard on our utility. It's slim, wireless and simple to install. It's available in different lengths and cool or warm temperature. Its easy to recharge. So many uses for them. I'm hooked.

The quality was definitely worth every penny. They understand the assignment of warmth in a home and choosing products that ensure quality.

I just received my new light. The sensor work very well and it is very sensible. The tone of the lighting is lovely and the light it self is made with quality pieces . It immediately created a hight styled spot . Thank you ! I hight recommend the Apex LIght.
