Horrendous company pretending to be Naturesfix.co.uk instead these people are selling untested products which are making children ill. They lie on their website that they have 4.9 stars from 800+ happy customers which takes you to Naturesfix.co.uk reviews which are all wonderful as they are hoping for people to make the same mistake as me!

This company gets you into a subscription without your knowledge or consent and refuse to cancel your payments.

Please avoid this company!!

This company is a scam! I normally check reviews before buying but I didn't this time.
No product was every recieved and I never signed up for a subscription... I had to cancel my card in the end.

Be aware! You are immediately subscribed, and it is nearly Impossible to cancel the subscription!

As you are aware this company is a scam, their product is scam. They do not adhere to trading regulations but don't let them bully you. Your bank has to adhere to local law, so do companies that trade in specific regions. Their subscription model, or scam model, does not surpass regulatory law and protections for consumers, their staff are not legal authorities so push back, quote regulations and claim your money back.

Better yet, do not purchase from this company as its a complete scam.

It's a fraud! Do not order! They will not cancel your subscription and will blatantly lie to you and your bank.

What seemed like a discounted one-time purchase resulted in an automatically renewing subscription of nearly CHF 60 per month. The recurring nature of the order was not clearly communicated at checkout.

Even after requesting cancellation, another charge was processed and the company declined to refund it. Instead, they offered to “adjust the subscription frequency.”

Customers should be extremely cautious before purchasing. Transparency regarding subscription terms is lacking.

the absolute WORST company to attempt to cancel a subscription with. Omg, it's like ending a toxic relationship. The back and forth is INFURIATING. Do not purchase this product if you ever want to stop using this product because the hoops and email replies AND the fact they don't make it obvious it's a subscription at first is a scam.

Fraud!! I got confused with Nature's Fix and this company. I payed for a one off purchase for the kids parasite cleanse, but then a second payment was taken out of my account the following month. I tired emailing the company to cancel the purchase. They were very quick to respond and were very polite, but don't be fooled! I thought it had been cancelled, then a third payment came out of my account the following month. It was the same amount each month, which made me think it was a subscription. I emailed the company again to query this and they said I had signed up for a subscription (which was apparently in the Ts &C's- it wasn't) and I needed to pay two months full price, or pay a separate invoice of £10, to settle the price difference before I could cancel. I became suspicious, so didn't want to pay the invoice. I contacted my bank and they told me how to cancel it on the banking app. When I went to my subscription page, the company didn't even appear, which immediately rang alarm bells. So I then reported them on my banking app. My bank were able to get back the last payment I made. Thankfully I only used the product a few times (my daughter got tummy aches, so I stopped). I highly question if the ingredients are legitimate. I'm so angry and upset that these people can be so greedy and dishonest when people's health is at stake. Be beware- this company are very polite fraudsters! Avoid like the plague!!!

After purchasing and subscribing I noticed several red flags. Decided not to give this to my child due to the lack of information on ingredients and sources, I had plenty of product so decided to cancel my subscription per their rules after the second cycle. Little did I know this was going to be a pain to cancel. It took 10 emails for Days and days and they even send me threats of having to pay the discounts they gave me. I did the work and went through all their policies and terms of service and sent a strong email. With this it worked and they cancelled it but they STILL have not process my refund and return of products request. Here are some parts of emails they sent me: "o make this easier, we can push your next charge back by 3 to 6 months" I said, no To make it easier CANCEL it. Then they said "Since the voucher you used from your initial purchase was only valid for subscriptions, there is a 30% price difference to settle" No. I'm not paying a discount, this was not on the terms. Here's the email I sent if this help anyone: "I am kindly requesting, for the third time, the immediate cancellation of my subscription. Under standard consumer protection laws and credit card network regulations you cannot make this cancellation conditional to a price difference or time. On top op that under your own cancellation policies and terms of service there is no mention of voucher settlements conditions and, I quote from your own policies "You may cancel your subscription AT ANY time after your second subscription payment has been processed from the subscriptions section of your account" (which already occurred).

If you continue to refuse my cancellation or attempt to charge my card for the price difference or another subscription I will be force to dispute with my bank for an "unauthorized charge" and will be reporting this business practice to relevant consumer protection agencies.

Please confirm my cancellation of subscription at your earliest convenience." GOOD LUCK!!

In my personal experience, I was charged for a subscription that I did not knowingly sign up for. I contacted the company multiple times to cancel and to resolve the issue, but I did not receive the order and have not received a satisfactory solution so far.

I have documentation of the charges and my communication attempts.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to carefully review the terms and conditions before purchasing.

Do not buy! They will never surrender your card information! Like everyone else on here, I highly regret purchasing from this company. I believe their reviews are falsified as there is no way to leave a review after purchasing. I am giving them a 1 star review for my personal experience with them and this is my opinion:

1) The product is watered down and ineffective. If it was effective, no one would need a subscription for an antiparasitic. The shipping label comes with Chinese words on it, which should be a red flag. Who knows whats really in this?

2) This company has the shadiest business practices I have encountered online. The website automatically selects “subscription” even though I personally chose the buy one get one free option. It is not standard business practice to automatically apply subscriptions to purchases. Standard business practice is to allow the customer to choose a subscription or a one time purchase. *I did not click on subscription.*

3) The website clearly states under “Subscribe and Save 30%”: ZERO COMMITMENT, CANCEL ANYTIME. There is no footnote or asterisk clarifying 2 complete billing cycles or paying a balance to cancel. So the statement “zero commitment, cancel anytime” is false advertisement. So even if I had been aware that I was purchasing a subscription, which I was not because I didn’t select that option, according to the website I could immediately cancel without any commitment. The *attached* footnote or asterisk would have been a requirement. It was not there.

4) The subscription policy is at the very bottom of the website page and is not provided as part of a purchase. It is also not made clear when someone is purchasing a subscription or what the terms are. The subscription policy terms are in direct contradiction with the sales line “zero commitment, cancel anytime.” The commitment that you are trying to enforce on me now is 2 full billing cycles (which I’ve completed) and a cancellation requirement of paying off the balance (unheard of). Not only is this unethical, but it is unenforceable due to the way you failed to provide your policy, the way that the policy conflicts with your sales line of “zero commitment, cancel anytime,” and the way that the subscription choice was chosen automatically without the purchaser’s knowledge or intention.

5) I have repeatedly asked for a supervisor because of poor customer service and have been denied it.

6) I have completed 2 billing cycles since I have apparently paid 2 times for this lousy subscription. Do not try to redefine “2 full billing cycles” as it is not defined in your hidden policy. The word "renewed" billing cycle is also not in there. You claiming the first time does not count towards the subscription actually CONFIRMS that I didn't choose a subscription.

AWFUL! TRYING TO WORK OUT HOW TO CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION. no customer service, they'l keep your money. only got sent one pack.

Fraudulent - did not sign up to a subscription, yet they claim I did (for an indefinite period) and continue to charge. Have had to cancel my credit card so they stop taking money. Now they are trying to charge me additional “fees” .

The first red flag should have been when the package arrived from China. It looked very suspicious and not like a professional package. I ordered the para cleanse and para binder for my son.
After giving it to him for 4 days, he has erupted in spots all over his body.
I dont even know if the product in the bottle is legit or not. Stay far far far away from this company

Terrible experience!
Unknowingly to me I had signed up to a subscription, the website is misleading! It’s stated to sign up for information, not to a monthly purchase. It was only when I had another sale out of my account, did I realise.
When I contacted them about it they ignored the request to cancel.
It also happened at a time my son had a reaction to something, so I stopped using it! When I explained this to them, they told me to keep buying it but give it a friend!!!! I’ve just recieved another email to say they having problems with my payment….. yes, because I’ve been forced to cancel my cards and get new, as clearly they are still trying to steal my money!!! Be very careful

Whatever you do DO NOT sign up for a subscription with this company. It has taken me over a month (and still being charged!!) to try and cancel and they still haven’t processed it.

I bought the kids detox stuff, no noticeable improvement, bit if a gimmick if you ask me but each to their own

I ordered once from TryNature’sFix just to try the product and was unknowingly signed up for a subscription. There is no way to cancel in your account, so you’re forced to email them.

I’ve sent multiple clear cancellation requests. Instead of cancelling, they ignored me, offered to “delay” shipments, and even tried to convince me to keep the product — anything except actually process the cancellation.

Their website says “cancel anytime,” but in reality they make it as difficult as possible and avoid confirming cancellations in writing.

I’ve now had to block them through my credit card company just to stop the charges.

Extremely frustrating, misleading, and not a company I would trust again. Be very careful before ordering.

Do not buy. They make you sign up for a subscription service and then do not allow you to cancel. I have been trying to cancel since December (over a month). They take weeks to repsond and then offer you a "deal" to stay, repeatedly. I've finally got them to agree to cancelling but they said this will take a week - and may or may not be resolved. This is my first Trustpilot review, I do not normally feel this strongly but I urge people to not buy from them.

DO NOT purchase! Scam will not respond. I’m sick to my stomach that I even purchased first order. I tried cancelling and that didn’t work. Bounced emails back. They have charged me three times and I’ve only received products twice. I’m trying to cancel but I have to tell my bank to block them.
