I had valid concerns regarding my order, including prescription details and cold-chain handling. Once those concerns were raised and documented, the team took them seriously. Try canceling, no place to do it.They change pharmacies and prescription with out notice and still no way to cancel, I am reporting their procedures as violation of my rights

Since you had no active prescriptions with us in your account, that is why there was no option cancel. The good news is that you have no refills remaining, so no further charges will occur. Very Disappointed With the Service & Support
I had high hopes for Try Nova given their marketing in the health space, but my experience was frustrating from start to finish. The product didn’t deliver the promised benefits, and the guidance from customer support was vague and unhelpful. I also had trouble getting clear answers about ingredients and usage instructions, which made me uneasy about continuing.
When I requested a refund, the process was slow and communication was inconsistent. For a health-related company, I expected more transparency and care for customer wellbeing. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend them based on my experience.

Jason has been so helpful and responsive from the very beginning. Prior to me even placing an order he continued answering all my questions. I had poor experience with another provider and I feel so lucky to have found TryNova and Jason! My order got here super quick and they will respond to any feedback or questions in a timely manner. You can pause your prescriptions through your portal, which keeps your account active, prevents charges while paused, and allows you to resume seamlessly without starting over.
For full cancellation, we’ve made it clear that you must email contactus@trynovamd.com. This will result in the removal of all active prescriptions, and if you wish to restart in the future, you will need to complete the questionnaire again.
We’ve also updated our terms of service to clarify the process. Thanks for your patience, and don’t hesitate to reach out if you need any further assistance!
