Very little serum would come out of the needle head vial. Did 3 passes and barely any of the serum was used.

Nice to receive a personal followup call with tips and advice on how to use the Renewa product I just purchased. Looking forward to trying the product and seeing the results.

I First placed an order with Renewalift in 2024 and was impressed by their level of customer service. I called recently to plzce another order. The agent who took my call was Joanne. She was truly amazing. I live in canada and was having an issue with my U.S. credit card Joanne was so patient and helpful. She also offered some great tips on using the Renewa lift product . Happy to say problem was resolved and she sent me a rext advising the product was on its way. I f I could give more than 5 stars I most certsinly would.

What a scam! Unable to use product (unopened and in the original packaging) due to a medical condition and the company wanted to know what the medical condition was prior to refund approval (by a ‘dermatologist’ who does not know my medical history!). Does this sound like a reputable business?? Would give this business minus stars if I could. Do not buy from them!

Wil always makes my purchases easy and pleasant. dealing with Wil's knowledge and professionalism is a comfort and all my concerns are addressed. I highly recommend Renawaskin. You won't be disappointed!!!

When someone ask about how their product is working, it shows interest not just on sales but on the product itself and performance. Getting what you pay for is key. Taking time to explain how to correctly use a product is good customer setvice. A satisfied customer is a happy customer

Outstanding customer service (thank you, Michelle). Had a breakage problem with my Renewa Eyelift device (arm broke off). Contacted Renewa and Michelle quickly responded with "new device on the way." Very happy since I love my device!

9/14/26 Michelle was simply amazing! She was patient, kind and most importantly listened to my concerns and addressed them all without incident!

I recently purchased the red light eye lift device and it arrived in a timely manner.However, upon it’s delivery, I was disappointed to find that, no matter what, the device would not light up.
I then immediately contacted customer service and began corresponding with Stephen, their representative.
He was very sympathetic to my situation and after some explanation and a short video he requested from me, the problem was solved. A new device is in the mail and I am eagerly awaiting and expecting good results.
Stephen was extremely helpful, very responsive and professional during our entire correspondence and I am completely satisfied!
