HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE - I have asked for a month and a half to cancel my subscription, for some reason I can't get logged into the website to cancel myself - the email confirmation won't come through to my gmail. I've emailed, instagram chatted and called (they never answer or return my call). I have 12 packages of Saffron Gummies. My children see and feel no difference when taking them. But they keep sending more product. I'm going to have to cancel my credit card. Their customer service is NON EXISTENT.

Do not purchase a subscription, you'll never be able to cancel it.

This company is false advertising and is a scam taking advantage of people that are desperate for a natural way to help with their childs hyperactivity or adhd. They are claiming to be located in Wyoming however the product is being shipped from China. I have made several attempts to contact them via email and phone asking them to cancel my order and refund my money. This was 6 days ago and still no response. I am going to file a complaint against them.

They are fraudulent. Comes from China and not the US as claimed. The label is fake with no company information. Additionally the manufactured date states a date that will not pass for another 10 months.

We started slow, half a gummy for the first week, as he is on other medications. Maybe the second or third day into the second week (when we increased to one whole gummy) we started to notice a huge difference. My guy, was my guy! He has better control over his body and his choices and without any zombie like side effects. We are thrilled. His mood is much more balanced and he is able to stay with tasks and games long enough to finish them. Wow. Can't recommend enough.

No one has contacted me and my subscription has not been canceled. I only ordered one pack of gummies and didn't opt for a subscription. These gummies do nothing for my twins.

My 14 y/o son loves them..have noticed a significant difference in his mood since he started taking them.

When the Saffron gummies arrived, I gave one to my 10 year old daughter right away. She had recently been diagnosed with a low form of ADHD and Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria (RSD). These diagnosis were after she was diagnosed in January 2025 of having Lymphoma. She went through intense rounds of chemotherapy and by March 2025, was in remission. But the long term side effects of chemotherapy were the huge challenge. The RSD especially. These gummies have helped my daughter regulate emotion and have zero anger outbursts. I am so grateful. Thank you!

After taking some saffron gummies for about 6.weeks, I didn't think much was changing. Then his 2nd grade teacher pulled me aside one day and said this week my grandson was completing work at his desk without being badgered by her. He chose to finish work and then play rather than play and then bring the work home. Could it be the start of something wonderful?? 🥰

Grabbed these after trying SO MANY other supplements - we’ve truly seen a difference at home and school and even our teen’s teachers agreed! Kiddo takes them daily

My son has issues sleeping and I have other natural supplements I use but since I have added this he is getting easier to settle.

I started a grandson on Saphire for anxiety, ADHD, PDA symptoms and behaviors. His parents and I were out of options and considered a group home for his sudden angry outbursts. We researched many options and started a couple vitamins too. And a lot of prayers! He is completely changed, with few meltdowns at all. The only thing I would like to see is better communication about shipping - left wondering when we would get it.

Unfortunately, this company seems to be quite fraudulent. Firstly, the company implies that it’s a US base company, but the product is coming from China. First red flag. Its spokesperson is what looks like an AI generated image of an American woman named Laura. Second red flag.

With my purchase, there was a promotion of a free e-book, which was never sent to me. In addition to the free e-book promised, I purchased a second e-book with my order. The e-book I purchased was essentially a sales pitch for the product. It was no way in an educational book. I requested a refund for the “e-book” I purchased and asked the the free e-book to be sent (curious to see if it was the same bogus content as the first e-book). Neither request has been fulfilled.I received redundant, obviously AI driven and meaningless responses that said my requests have been “escalated.”

Another irksome point: I was asked to prove that there was a promotion which, of course a normal customer service person would know about ongoing promotion for the company (and it’s listed in my online account).

Based on the shady way my account has been handled, I can’t imagine these gummy‘s actually being anything but placebo/fake. Bummer!

Finding a supplement that works and actually tastes good and in a chewable or gummy form was like an answered prayer. And research backing up the efficiency to top it off! I got these for my ADHD grandson and he really liked the taste and the gummy form. He dos not like swallowing pills. We just started using these, but I am hopeful again. Thank you!

Teachers asked if we had started medicine.. focus is much better! Mood swings have improved also.

My 8 year old has mild ADHD and I really didn't want to medicate him- we just finished our second bag of these and his conferences his teachers asked me what had changed? I showed them the bag, and they told me he has been staying on track and completing his work without bouncing all around the classroom- I will be ordered my 3rd shipment now!

We needed something that would help our young middle schooler focus, so she could get the grades we knew she was capable of. At the same time, we wanted something that would help her overall general mood a little. Using it in conjunction with other things recommended by her teachers has led to some positive results- and less emails home from the school!

They had a black Friday sale that promised a lifetime subscription discount, which is not applying to my account
Their customer service responses sound very AI drive driven with no actual follow-through. Nobody seems to know anything about their black Friday promo and nobody has access to my account. They’ve stopped responding entirely.
At this point, it doesn’t really matter how good the product is because of the lack of transparency from the company itself we will not order. I’m not even sure I trust the product They are sending me.

The website says it is made in the United States but I sent an email to ask where my package was when I had not received anything 6 weeks after ordering. I was told the package was held up in customs in China.
Why would it be shipping from China if it’s made in the USA? They chose not to respond to that question.

2 packages of Saphire Saffron Gummies. Ordered on Aug. 21 and never received. I have tried to email the company several times and have gotten NO reply. The phone number on the website just goes to a general voicemail and they never return call. The address for the company is a private condo in Jackson, Wyoming. I think this is a scam company. The website says that it is made and shipped from US and should arrive in a week. Then I did the tracking and it says China, the tracking stopped on Sept 3 and there is no other information.
