Cowboy Scammers
I would avoid this company at all costs, they’re effectively misleading customers and ultimately my experience here is being scammed. I’ve had a very disappointing experience with this company. I have sent over 10 emails trying to resolve the issue, and my wife has also contacted them, but we’ve received no meaningful response and have effectively been ignored.
The company promotes a 90-day money-back guarantee, which was one of the reasons I felt comfortable purchasing from them. However, when I tried to return the product under that guarantee, they refused to provide a returns label, making it extremely difficult to actually exercise the guarantee they advertise.
Based on my experience, the whole process has left me feeling that the company is effectively a scam. Advertising a money-back guarantee but then refusing to facilitate the return is completely unacceptable.
I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before purchasing and to consider how difficult it may be to get a response or obtain a refund if something goes wrong.

Definitely got more energy already after 4 weeks, I used get tired by 3pm and would frequently be too tired for the gym in the evenings, but not anymore, feeling good with more energy and sleeping well at nights for a change.

AVOID this company. Extremely dishonest to deal with. My promised refund never arrived after I cancelled my order. It’s a worrying sign if the company can’t even refund <£40 after promising an immediate refund by email. They have even lied to my bank after I made a chargeback request after waiting a month for the refund. I would not trust any health claims made by this company. Order ref: WW-149312
