We had an issue with a tenant failing to understand their insurance liability towards the buildings policy.

We had dealings with one of the partners who sorted out the lease at his previous practice, so decided to move our interests with him to TS&P

The result was exactly as we had hoped

TS&P were attentive, prompt and understood my concerns. They addressed the parts that were unrealistic speedily, and managed the process in a manner that was very reassuring. I am very happy with the outcome.

Perhaps I am being unfair here, as I never moved pass the instruction phase with this firm. The process was brought to a sudden halt when I received a conveyancing fee quotation. which was over 250% higher than a range of quotations from other well reviewed solicitors.

To be fair to them, they do post their conveyancing fee rates on their web site.

I suggest than anyone considering using them, checks and compares their fees before they instruct.

The solicitor assigned to our case was prompt and efficient with her advice which arrived on time and to budget.
