When they make a mistake, they do not take accountability
We used TS solutions for a couple of years. We wanted to avoid mistakes or misunderstanding.
We were mostly satisfied until we recently realised that a previous year assesment was miscalculted.
We filled the form as required, based on our knowledge and understanding.
We are now owing a huge sum to the tax as that year assesment was miscalculated. They failed to advise us, to ask for all the relevant informations. We did not know what information was needed thus the need of their service.
Not only did they fail to advise us and ask the right information but they did not take their responsability, nor acknowledge their mistake. They prefered gaslighting us and blame us.
So save yourself their fees.
