Terrible service

Terrible service, I ordered a bath and still haven't received it a month after I got the email to say it was shipped. No correspondence and nobody answering the phone or returning my phonecall when I leave a message. AVOID...

Great Company - Great Spa Bath

Firstly I am disappointed to read other negative reviews. I have had nothing but excellent service from this company. I have spoken on the phone and received exceptionally helpful and kind responses. I purchased the Spatec Whirlpool Bathtub – Nova 170 ECO Complete with headrests, bluetooth etc. I am DELIGHTED with it. It has a waterfall style tap to fill the bath, it comes with a shower attachment which is perfect for washing your hair. It has underwater relaxing lighting which runs through a series of lovely colours and it has 28 jets which you can choose a combination of or have them all. It has a minumum to maximum setting (I have not needed it to be on Maximum as the jets are really powerful) I can have the jets massage my back and shoulders or just the ones on the bottom bubbling away. I also opted for the bluetooth function so I can listen to my music whilst in the tub. The control panel on the bathtub paired easily with my phone. I absolutely LOVE IT. It was delivered to my garage by the driver who wheeled it in on a pallet. I was kept informed all the way through from ordering to the shipment date to the carrier - everything was emailed to me as it happened. My plumber installed it and tested it and it worked perfectly first try. I use it very often so I am expecting a big water bill but it is definitely worth every penny.

Please kindly note that we ship from Spain, and the estimated delivery timeframe is between 10 to 13 working days (excluding weekends). Your order was delivered on the 14th working day, which is within the expected window.

Regarding the delivery method, as clearly stated in our delivery terms, the service is curbside delivery only. This means the transport company is responsible for unloading the product at ground level. Entry into private property, placement, or installation is not included in the standard delivery.

We truly regret that weather conditions were unfavorable at the time of delivery, but unfortunately, this is beyond our control. We recommend customers prepare for arrival accordingly, especially with large and heavy items.
Sorry for the inconvenience or if you were not aware of this and we hope you at least happy with your purchase.

The first use of this bath seemed…

The first use of this bath seemed pretty good. The jets and air bubbles seemed the work well. A few of the air jet covers came off but they just needed to be screwed back on. We didn’t check to ensure these were tight prior to using. It had been a while since receiving until we got to use it as this was part of a big renovation project.

We ordered a whirlpool bathtub, we found the company was easy to deal with. The shipping of the bath was efficient and we could follow its progress online. the bath was delivered on its arranged date. we think the bath is good quality and everything works well.

We believe this is with regards to your case of limescale on your taps.
Unfortunately warranty does not cover limescale we hope you understand,
Limescale is primarily caused by mineral deposits in hard water. This affects any tap, regardless of quality, especially where water frequently evaporates (around spouts, handles, or joints).

Sorry for the inconvenience and we have the replacement part if you need.

Great customer service

Great customer service, bought the bath with ease. I bought the whirpool back in black the Bath is amazing and great quality. Only down side I found was the delivery company they use, just do kerb side drop off, needing 3 peope (the driver didn't help) to get it in my house.

Stay away from this company

Ordered a set of hot tub steps. They’re very flimsy and weak. Wanted to send them back but the company is based in Spain. The return would cost more than the item. Be careful with this company and don’t fall into the same trap as us

Blackfriday?

Tubhome accepteert een order op 22-11-2024 en laat zelfs extra betalen voor een upgrade naar ECO modus. Daar bellen ze zelfs apart nog voor terug.

Een werkdag later is er een blackfriday deal en is het geheel meer dan 100 euro goedkoper. Order is nog niet verzonden maar Tubhome wil, na telefonisch contact, op geen enkele wijze tegemoetkomen.

Een erg onvriendelijke manier om met klanten om te gaan en hooguit onbeschoft om zelfs na te bellen en extra te laten betalen voor een upgrade.

Het zou netjes zijn als tubhome.nl komt met een passende oplossing. Verwerken korting.

Dank voor uw reactie.

Uiteraard is het logisch dat aanbiedingen een bepaalde houdbaarheid hebben. Echter, het verzenden van de bestelling en het boekhoudkundig aanpassen van het betaalde bedrag staat volledig los van elkaar. Uiteraard bent u in de gelegenheid om een bedrag te crediteren waar nodig. Dat u dit niet wilt doen is een keuze, niet iets dat u 'overkomt'.

U schrijft nadien nog dat u geen 'valse beschuldiging' op u neemt. Daarvan is geen enkele sprake. U kunt toch gewoon toegeven dat u er niets aan gaat doen. Dat is niet klantvriendelijk maar wel eerlijk.

Namens een teleurgestelde klant.

Eerst en vooral, u heeft uw bestelling op 22/11 geplaatst, onmiddellijk ter plaatse betaald en, zoals aangegeven op onze website, werd de bestelling meteen verzonden. De bestelling werd verzonden op 22/11 en is nog steeds onderweg. De levertijd duurt 5-7 werkdagen.

Als uw bestelling zich nog in ons magazijn zou bevinden, voordat deze is verzonden, zou het geen probleem zijn om de Black Friday-korting toe te passen. Maar zodra de bestelling is verzonden, is dit niet meer mogelijk.

Ik begrijp dat u €100 korting wilt voor Black Friday en daarom dreigde u aan de telefoon dat u een advocaat zou raadplegen. Maar zoals u zult begrijpen en zoals we u aan de telefoon hebben proberen uit te leggen: een bestelling die is verzonden kan niet worden aangepast in bedrag.

Aan de andere kant is de Black Friday korting van 5% sinds vorige week actief op buitenspa's. De badkuipkorting werd deze week geactiveerd. Black Friday was dus geen geheim en u had ons kunnen vragen of we niet alleen met buitenspa's, maar ook met badkuipen zouden deelnemen aan het internationale Black Friday-evenement.

We hebben verschillende klanten die we hebben geïnformeerd en bestellingen voor vandaag hebben aangemaakt toen de badkuipkorting werd geactiveerd.

We nemen ons werk en de tevredenheid van onze klanten heel serieus en we zullen geen valse beschuldigingen tegen ons tolereren.

I purchased a Spatec Nova 180

I purchased a Spatec Nova 180 - Model : ECO, and i am very pleased with the product, it looks fantastic in my new bathroom and is a very good spa bath, the service i recieved from the team was excellent and the bath although delivered from Spain arrived before the delivery date, i would recommend these guys and would buy from them again!!

Voorwaarden versus service

Het bad tijdig besteld en vervolgd een monteur gezocht die het voor ons wil installeren. Die is vandaag aan de slag. Blijkt dat een van de knoppen beschadigd is. Geen groot probleem maar niet mooi. Makkelijk op te lossen door een vervangende beschermring van de desbetreffende knop te sturen. Maar nee het kan veel moeilijker. Mail schrijven, foto’s en filmpje sturen en dan kijken ze wat het ons gaat kosten. Want, het bad staat al een tijdje bij ons thuis(paar maanden) en dan kunnen ze niets meer. Makkelijk om je achter ‘de voorwaarden’ te verschuilen en het nadenken en service verlenen kan uitschakelen. Achteraf het ringetje monteren gaat niet want dan kunnen we er niet meer bij.
Spullen misschien goed,
Laten we het hopen want moet er niet aan denken dat we ooit nog iets van service nodig hebben. Bah!

Het spijt ons dat uw ervaring niet overeenkomt met de gewoonlijke kwaliteit van onze diensten.
Graag leg ik het uit:

U ontving de badkuip in april 2024 en u had 24 uur om eventuele schade of ontbrekende onderdelen te melden bij levering en daarna had u 14 dagen voor mogelijke retouren, zoals vermeld op onze website en voor iedereen na te lezen.

Op 16 augustus 2024 (dezelfde dag dat u de review schrijft) belt u ons op en vertelt u ons dat u het bad nu aan het installeren bent en dat er een stuk van het bad ontbreekt. Om uw klacht te verwerken en het incident te openen, hebben we u gevraagd om een e-mail met foto's en video's van het onderdeel of de schade in kwestie te sturen. U zult begrijpen dat we niet kunnen weten welk vervangend onderdeel we u moeten sturen en welk type professional (loodgieter, monteur, elektricien) zonder foto's/video's waarop we het probleem duidelijk kunnen zien.

Tot op deze dag hebben we nog steeds geen e-mail van u ontvangen.

Onze standaardgarantie voor al onze producten is 2 jaar, waarbij gratis levering van reserveonderdelen en services is inbegrepen, d.w.z. we sturen technici, loodgieters, elektriciens bij u thuis om de reparatie uit te voeren. Wij nemen contact op met de professionals en u hoeft niets verder moeten doen.

Aan de andere kant vroeg u ons aan de telefoon naar alle mogelijke opties, zoals: wat er zou gebeuren als het een onderdeel was dat tijdens deze maanden was zoekgeraakt of misschien niet was geleverd. En we hebben u geïnformeerd dat wanneer er onderdelen ontbreken en u ons binnen 24 uur na ontvangst van de badkuip op de hoogte stelt, we het vervangende onderdeel nog dezelfde dag en gratis opsturen; maar anders, als u ons bijna 4 maanden later op de hoogte stelt, moet u het onderdeel kopen. De garantie dekt geen verliezen.

They don’t even deserve 1/5. I can’t put 0. Please avoid. Really a poor service and product with a real lack of professionalism and ethic in business .horrible service and product. They don’t manufacture. They only distribute from Spain without any garantie of the product. Poor service and product. Most of their products are defected. Once you bay the bath. All we can say is SPATEC is our own Spanish brand being manufacturers ourselves, you can find all information and company details on our website and under legal notice, We receive from Asia our acrylic and bases but our warehouse is based in Spain with any spare parts available within or out of warranty period.

Slechte spullen slechte service

Zwarte whirlpool hier gekocht maximaal 20 keer gebruikt bad is niet schoon te krijgen. Tubhome gemaild schuiven de schuld op mij ik heb niet goed schoongemaakt het zijn shampoo en zeepresten...duh je verkoopt een bad!?Daarnaast wordt het water niet meer warm en functioneren de bubbels niet zal ook wel aan mij liggen. Ze verkopen rotzooi wat niet bruikbaar is voor normaal gebruik badkamer! En als het niet functioneert ligt het aan de klant, ik ga een ander bad moeten kopen ergens anders uiteraard, nooit meer hier, geld weggegooid.

Spa bath .

Bath received promptly and customer services called me once I’d ordered to discuss options , which I’m glad they did . Bath looks great and it’s all plumbed in and ready to commission which will be next week .
Good value for money and seems excellent quality .
I shall return on here if I have any issues with the bath once commissioned , but no complaints so far . All good . David .Stockport.
