I ordered a mattress topper £170.
Had to wait 6 weeks for delivery after chassing them up a couple of times it finally arrived, after sleeping on it for a few nights it was about useless.
When I called to ask for a refund I was told NO as I had taken it out of its packaging I found this surprising as how would I know it was useless unless I tried sleeping on it.
When I mentioned that I was going to leave a negative review the lady got very abusive. I am now seeking legal advice, I strongly advise anyone not to waste money with this awful company.
I totally disagree with the response below by Tuck-Me-under I was never aggressive I only called them to see when my order would arrive and said I didn't realise it would take so long for delivery I was disappointed but by no means abusive in any way but as you can clearly read from the many other bad reviews about this company who also state of the abusive attitude of the customer service.

Firstly, the claim that you waited six weeks for delivery is incorrect. Your order was delivered 30 days after it was placed, well within the timeframe specified at checkout. During this time, you contacted us once to inquire about delivery and were unnecessarily aggressive, warning us to “send it soon, or else.”
As for your refund request, we explained that the mattress topper was made bespoke to your specific bed size. Our terms clearly state that bespoke items are non-returnable unless faulty, a policy consistent with UK consumer law.
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and customer service, so it’s deeply upsetting to see you resort to threats of poor reviews and legal action simply because you didn’t achieve the results you hoped for. While we empathize with any ailments you may suffer, no product can guarantee relief, and it’s unfair to label ours as “useless” as a result.
Lastly, we categorically refute your accusation of abusive behaviour from our staff. The only aggression in this interaction came from you, and we do not tolerate such behaviour towards our team.
We work hard to create high-quality bedding for our customers and strive to make every experience a positive one. However, there are times when we cannot meet unreasonable expectations or condone abusive conduct.

AVOID!!I IF I could give 0 stars I would..where…
If I could give 0 stars I would..where do I start..spent nearly £1000!..with this company. Firstly wasn't told when order would be arriving..luckily I was home that day. No communication from them with regards delivery. Ordered seat covers for coachman caravan at the caravan show. Ordered winter fawn a lovely beige colour inwas assured these would fit perfectly and made to fit my caravan..what a joke!...the ones I received are most definitely pink. They are just throws purchased from another company with elastic sewn in to make the seat cover..fitting was an absolute nightmare and after numerous attempts I have just given up they look cheap and something from the 70s..pink and definitely do not fit. Wasnt told when ordering the bolster arm rest covers were extra and not included. These were an extra £80+. Once i realised the covers were such poor quality i cancelled these.Also in that order was a mattress protector..so so poor again doesn't fit..its approx 3inch short of the mattress all around. I was told this would flattern and then fit better...Big No!..Then 2 full duvet sets..wish I had stuck with Dunelm..the duvet doesn't fit in the covers..the cover had been sewn to the shape of the bed..the top of the cover is larger than the bottom hence the duvet inside moves when sleeping..ending up with just sheet over you and duvet rushed up at the bottom of the cover.
Customer service..what a joke ..once they have your money they are not interested..I even offered to return the items in person to be told no refund would be given and these 'bespoke' items were made exclusively for my van. When anyone could have ordered the same...
I was accused of threatening the company when offered to return items. Trading standards have been informed.
Please do not make the same expensive mistake I did.
Following the response from owner...I did not request a replacement corner cover this was sent without me asking for it as I knew I wouldn't be using the rest of the covers. As for enjoying them..what a joke..they are still in the plastic bag they sent them in . I would be highly embarrassed to put these cheap looking altered throws in my brand new caravan!
If I could sell them on I would be embarrassed to do so 😕

According to our records, the only concern you initially communicated to us was about the shade of the seat covers, which you selected in person and tested in your van. You appeared satisfied with the colour at that time and subsequently ordered armrests in the same material.
After receiving your order, you expressed dissatisfaction with the colour, and we informed you that returns were not possible due to the custom nature of the seat covers. We regret that this response did not meet your expectations.
Regarding the fit of the seat covers, you did mention that the corner cover did not quite fit properly. Our director offered to visit you to address any concerns directly, but this offer was declined as the main concern seemed to be the colour. However, a new cover for your corner cushion was remade and sent out promptly.
We have responded to all your communications, and we stand by the quality of our products and the efforts we make to support our customers. If there were any additional concerns, we would have been open to addressing them.
We believe our seat covers offer great protection and enhance the comfort of your lounge area, and we hope you continue to enjoy these benefits.

Hi Rachel, We did actually reply so are very disappointed in your review. The day cover is an entirely different fabric and so yes slight colour shading can vary.
ANd every time you contacted us we did reply. Maybe just not within your expected time frame.
Island bed sheet
We ordered a fitted sheet for our caravan island bed. We were told it was made to order and would take a few weeks to arrive but it was well worth the wait as it is good quality and fitted perfectly. Extremely happy 🥰

Disappointed
I was expecting better tbh. To start with there was no explanation about how the sheets go on. This might sound straightforward but more confusing than you might imagine. They are only fitted at one end and considering the price I did think they would be perfect and shaped at both ends.
With hindsight I wish I’d stuck with regular fitted bunk sheets from IKEA which I now keep as spares.
I received a video on how to fit them 4 months after purchasing! Sorry, not good enough.
Great salesperson at show but products did not live up to expectation.

Outstanding Bedding
Got our pack a few weeks ago, but our Motorhome was out of action so only just used them for the first time this weekend. All bedding is great quality, the sheets fit perfectly and the quilt and cover are excellent. We opted for double-sided tuck me under flaps and they really make a difference, it's easier to get around the island bed, no doubt.

Excellent quality and value
From an initial phone conversation with Michelle to placing the order and receiving sheets earlier than expected the journey was seamless (excuse the pun!)
Purchased mattress protectors and fitted sheets for our new Adria Motorhome, a leap of faith as I hadn’t seen the product and I considered it quite expensive, assuming expensive meant quality and I was not disappointed 😀. It was like fitting made to measure Dorma / M & S sheets, fitting the taper of the beds perfectly. Immaculately sewn and presented in zip storage bags, you won’t buy better. Well done Tuck Me Under 👍

Oh boy shoddy goods & total lack of customer care
Oh boy, wish I had read the reviews before purchase! I bought a duvet, cover set & 3 sheets last month for our motorhome at a shade under £200. It all looked smart but after a 7 day trip of 2 adults in an island bed, the undersheet badly bobbled & is very rough. I contacted the company with my concerns & dissatisfaction but have received no reply. I am hoping the other 2 sheets wear better but am not holding my breath. Shoddy goods & appalling service. AVOID this company@

Your email was received Wednesday, June 19, 2024 12:26 PM our response was Wednesday, June 19, 2024 1:51:41 pm where we explained that multiple things can cause bobbling to fabrics all of which are due to usage and care.
This was NOT uncaring, and not what we would deem as poor customer service.
We offer fabric types to suit ALL budgets, unfortunately those fabrics with a lower thread count in our budget range (which you chose) need a bit more care when washing and wearing high fibre content clothing as the movement can cause the fabrics to catch together which is what causes the bobbling. You even came back and said you know what causes bobbling. We recommended products in the market place that help to remove bobbles easily.
You have only used 1 of your 3 sheets. Just because we have not taken responsibility for YOUR sheet you have taken to slating a company who works to give people a bespoke fitted service. What you mean is that it wasn't the answer you wanted and your attempts to extort a refund with a threat of poor review didn't work.

I ordered a sheet for an island bed in a motorhome , and cancelled the order within minutes as soon as I realised the delivery was 5 to 6 weeks!!! My brain read this as 5 to 6 days, which would’ve been a far more normal and acceptable delivery. MD was extremely rude when I cancelled and they took 37 days to issue the refund and they also withheld 5% for the processing cost which is actually against what the CMA advises i.e that consumers should not be required to pay any administrative fee for processing a refund. Terrible company will never use , I’ll stick to Duvalay who have always been excellent.

Absolutely the worst experience imaginable. If you’re considering hiring Tuck Me Under Ltd., save yourself the stress, money, and endless headaches. From the outset, it was clear this company operates on a foundation of incompetence and deceit.
Firstly, timelines mean nothing to them. The constant delays were due to their poor planning, lack of skilled labor, and apparent disregard for clients' time and schedules. Communication was abysmal; weeks would pass without any updates, and attempts to contact them were met with vague responses or outright lies.
The quality of work was atrocious. There were multiple instances where they blatantly ignored the agreed-upon specifications, resulting in costly corrections that they refused to acknowledge or rectify. Their lack of attention to detail and sheer laziness was evident in every aspect of the work.
Financial transparency was another major issue. Hidden fees and unjustified cost overruns were constant, and they had the audacity to demand additional payments for work that was either incomplete or needed to be redone. It's clear they have no understanding of proper budgeting or respect for their clients' investments.
To add insult to injury, their crew was disrespectful and careless. Personal property was damaged, and their lack of professionalism was infuriating.
In summary, Tuck Me Under Ltd., is a masterclass in how not to run a business. They embody everything that gives contractors a bad name. Avoid them at all costs, unless you want to experience a never-ending nightmare of shoddy workmanship, endless delays, and financial extortion.

Instead of hiding behind an anonymous post you send your grievance to the company you are clearly disgruntled with directly. We do not deal with "personal property" and our works are definitely NOT unskilled. Quite frankly EVERYTHING you say is so far from our company ethos and indeed many other reviews we can only assume you are NOT one of our customers and you have mistaken us for another company.

Did not ship within 28days used staff sickness as a excuse. no communication to state order to be delayed. Tried to deliver whilst we were away despite being advised 4 times of dates for being away. Island be has a bolster but no cover for this, fitted sheet is ordinary could be bought from dunelme. Quilt cover lots of loose bits of cotton. Very unhappy will overall product and service, they need to learn customer service as currently non existent and rude.

1. It is made clear in your confirmation email and all through our site that we make to order in our factory in the East Midlands, the turnaround time is an estimate and yes we are subject to human issues ie sickness and holidays, this is why we estimate.
2. We do not, and have NEVER advertised our sheets as having a separate bolster cushion. We pride ourselves on making our sheets with elastic all the way around to make it easy to put in and out of "day mode" and this stops the mattresses separating during the night when wriggling occurs.
3. The sheet could NOT have been bought from dunelm, as it was made to the width, length and shape ie island of YOUR bed.
4.You have failed to send us pictures of your so called issue with "loose bits of cotton".
5. We DID communicate with you and even "Hope you have a great break and that the weather is fantastic" how is this rude? Yes, we suggested that others "make do with their own bedding" but how is this rude?
6. YES we acknowledge we dropped the ball in regards to the delivery, but our courier worked well with you to ensure it was not delivered until you were back. For this element we are truly sorry.
I guess nowadays its just easier to sit at your keyboard and attack a company that actually on the face of it has made a minor mistake than just pick up the phone and give us some constructive feedback, of which we would welcome, as we know we are far from perfect.
But to hang up on our director when she rang to discuss your issues says more about your character than ours.

Cancelled my order almost immediately as the custom sheets take up to 6 weeks and needed sooner. I was charged a 5% transaction fee, when I queried why i didn’t get a full refund I received a blunt response saying ‘Your order has been cancelled and refunded as per our terms and conditions that you acknowledged you had read before clicking to purchase. Just to warn others who like me didn’t notice any terms and conditions!
Now reading the other bad reviews I count myself lucky!!!

Beautiful new cushions for our van. Amazing- 5 other companies either did not respond to my requests and other's did not want to take on the job. The fabric and stitching and sizing are all top notch. I really appreciate the quality on these- they were a wait but so worth it. Thank you.
