Inferior Products and Sellers should not exist on the platform
The automated system response, notifications and the courier service options, customer care etc all good. Site setup is also good. The service is also fast. However I faced some issues which I understand coming from sellers' end.
01.I didnt get to check the viability of the seeds ordered, but the car antenna ordered does not have a sound build quality. No idea of the performance still. The two antenna arms are loose and moving. Not ideal for a high end car.
02. I took a careful attention and spent a lot of time picking up the items for my order. But later I was informed that the seller was not responding. I believe TUDO should not keep such products listed on their platform because that is a bad experience for customers, it destroys customer image on the platform. Such non-responsive sellers should not exist.
