Weak casing dents in with weight on top stopping drawer from opening smoothly. Have had to unbend and strengthen with angle iron.

Handle for drawer is just a light steel tube it's bent already so won't last much longer before needing replacing with something stronger

Thank you for flagging this — we're sorry to hear the handle hasn't held up as expected, that's certainly not the standard we aim for. We'll take the feedback on board and review the handle design.

Thank you for your honest feedback! We're really glad to hear you're happy with the build quality of the Watt Slider. We appreciate you pointing out the issue with the measurements — that's valuable input and something we'll look into improving. Thanks again for your support!
Large saving on competitors units, I purchased for convience not security so am happy with the savings. For security using rivits that could be drilled out compromises the integrity of the unit.
