Mi cobertura fue dada de baja de forma abrupta en un email de atención al cliente sobre un expediente que tenía abierto. No hubo una comunicación oficial por su parte y no me di cuenta de que estaba anulada.

El expediente no tiene cobertura por lo que no se asignará perito, no procede la reapertura del expediente. En cuanto a la prima abonada, corresponde a la anualidad completa, solo procede el abono de la prima no disfrutada en caso de baja de la póliza.
