Ordered 2 dresses they came creased material awful and size too big website doesn’t give details to return and after numerous emails to request a return label
NO REPLY!!!!!

I received a dress with spots on it and the sleeves were not what was expected at all.
I do not see any returns instructions on
the website. How do I return the dress?

Definitely do not order from this company. Item poor quality , nothing like the video. No response to e mail re return options.

The dress I ordered was NOTHING like it was shown on video.
No sparkles, very plain and dull pattern which certainly DOES NOT sparkle.
Very poor material and just thrown in a plastic bag and not even folded.
It is just awful 😡😡😡
No shape to dress at all. I ordered a small and aswell as being awful it is too big.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY!!

Avoid this company - dress nothing like the picture on facebook, tried to return, no response to emails

Bought a dress pictured on FB full of black gold and bling and when it turned up it was as boring as hell and nothing like photo ..a con ..yet again ..stopping buying off FB now

Don’t buy from this company. Quality is terrible & impossible to return as they do not respond to emails.

I received a jacket, 2 dresses and 2 pant outfits. The quality of the fabric is horrible. The sizing is worse. The majority of the pieces have not tags on the garment at all. No size nor care instructions. I’ve sent multiple emails to customer service and I have received no response. I’m out $200. Please don’t give this company any of your business.

Trying to return... no response to 6 email requesting return address. I would not recommend this site at all avoid if you can.
