No compréis un timo cuidado que hackean el outlook
Tener cuidado que os bloquearon el email vuestro desde outlook. Son unos timadores y encima te bloquean los emails para que no lo puedas usar. No compréis un timo , compras sus productos y para enviar a España luego te dicen que no pueden. Y no devuelven el dinero de la compra. No recomiendo nada

The company processed my order promptly and updated the shipping details regularly. Unfortunately the item was broken sometime during shipping which is highly disappointing - I have notified the company and am waiting to hear back.

BUYER BEWARE!!! They sent me completely different items than what I ordered. I have sent several emails with pictures and I still have not received a response. Their customer service is appalling and unacceptable!! I will be donating the items to Goodwill as well as disputing the charge with my credit card company. SHAME ON YOU!!!

Unfortunately we couldn't come to an agreement with you. As we are selling handmade and unique products this mismatch is a common situation and we hoped that you would have liked the alternatives but that is not the case. As an apology we first offered a discount and then a gift card but that was not helping either. As a final offer we asked you to make the shipment back to us and after receiving the products we would have paid back the amount immediately or you could've kept the goods and we would have given you a gift card on top. We really wished to close this case on good terms but we couldn't.

Bad experience. Customs taxes 41,30 euros
My delivery was on Barcelona customs so many days. And I send a lot of emails and letters from the Agency of food segurity in Spain and DHL. I made the order on February 18th and I receive the box on March 1th. I had to pay taxes plus our shipping costs and the products have also price increased for the management, plus customs taxes are really really expensive. Baklava is not fresh and broken. Bad experience. I will never buy on this online store.
