Poor customer service and unprofessional behaviour
I have ordered a saree for my Mom, and they have kindly agreed to deliver it few days before even though their usual delivery policy take longer. They informed me they are going to deliver it using swiggy genie. Later on since I didn’t received any response I asked them if they have delivered and they informed yes. I checked with my brother at home and they informed they didn’t received any parcel. I obviously enquired and asked if they could contact the delivery man and enquire where they have delivered. If it is with security or directly to my flat. Immediately they reacted impolitely ‘we delivered it using swiggy genie and you might not have picked up the call when he tried ti contact you, its your responsibility to pick up the call’. The funny thing was he didn’t even called anyone and gave it to the flat adjacent. I informed this and the business reacted very impolitely and unprofessionally. Though their product is really amazing, dont expect a good customer relation if you have any problem with delivery. I guess this is their policy. They were sending unprofessional messages saying the customer is rude when we ask help with delivery. Really disappointed.
