Everybody’s rude
Everybody’s rude! I would never recommend this place to a blind person . I’ve heard them makes weird jokes about customer who was there before me, male workers tend to show off infront of a female worker, they all have attitudes as if they’re better than you Etc…. This place sucks KW DEFENSE IS EXCELLENT SPOT. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND EMOLOYEES.

This place is terrible
This place is terrible. I am a member of the US military stationed in LA and Turner's was not willing to work with me at all. I am not a citizen of California but state laws say a copy of my PCS orders stationing me in LA are enough to prove state residency to purchase a gun. Turner's flat out refused to accept my PCS orders. They wanted me to get a state ID instead. None of the employees there understood state laws or the military.
If you are in the military I highly recommend you to take your business elsewhere.

Bought a 9mm in 20 15 it never worked …
Bought a 9mm in 20 15 it never worked good so I sent it to get repaired and bought a .380 the problem is that after they sold me a lock for the 9mm and I locked it with an XD lock the salesman who sold me the .380 wants me to buy 2 locks. I told them that it was ridiculous since I already have one for the 9mm. They said I have to bring the receipt and that the lock had to be bought within 1 month which I think is just bad business and probably against the law.
