Turtonremovals Avaliações

Ben and the team were very professional and made our move extremely easy. They put a lot of effort in to take care of your belongings and home while moving the things in and out. They were a great bunch of lads, very friendly

I was nervous about moving as I'd been in my house for over 26 years, but as soon as the lads from Turton's arrived I was put at ease straight away. They were very professional, polite and respectful of all my furniture and other items. They made my move easy and stress free, even organising my rooms for me and plumbing the washing machine in! I would definitely recommend Turton's Removals & Storage.

We used turtons twice within a month for 2 removals at short notice and Ben is absolute great lad, honest and genuine and the lads who moved on both times were spot on, time keeping was fab, looked after everything so well..would defo recommend and would use again

Excellent service from Ben and his team. I was pretty stressed on the day of the move with a poorly husband. Ben and his team went the extra mile it was a great move. The team professional but friendly. If you need to move do not hesitate to use Turton Removals.

Excellent experience with Ben and his team , removal, storage and re delivery from storage was all completed by a professional and friendly team, we highly recommend Turtons 👍

Exceptional service from Ben and his team.

My son was hospitalised the day before the move. It meant my wife was unable to assist. However, Ben made the process as seamless as possible. Arrived early and nothing was too much.

Really couldn’t recommend these guys enough.

When we finally made a date to move house out of the area, we searched for a reputable removal firm. We chose Turtons. The reviews said it all.
Rang up and spoke to Ben who came to estimate the same day. Very professional approach, where nothing was a problem. The cost for the move was sent promptly, which was competitive. On the day, Ben and his team arrived promptly and started laying protective covers down. TV boxed, all the furniture was put in protective bags or wrapped in thick covers. Everything was carefully removed and secured in both the truck and the van. On arrival at our new home, carpet covers were again laid and everything was carried in to the rooms allotted, then carefully unwrapped by the team. Ben and his team made the move stress free and were all very proffessional, everything done with a smile. At Turtons, nothing is too much bother which really counts these days.
We would highly recommend Turtons removal company and would have no hesitation in using them again.

Thanks Ben and the lads.

Very impressed with the service of Turton's from beginning to end. Always polite and professional - and indeed friendly.
They bring protective mats for carpets when walking between rooms, and even a quilted cover to protect the external door when moving furniture in and out. All furniture was wrapped up for protection.
These guys take their business and reputation seriously and clearly worked hard to keep that reputation.
For my self and my father whom we were moving out, and in again, I cannot fault their service from beginning to end.
I don't hesitate to recommend them and will consider using their services myself if ever needed.

What a fantastic and professional team. Couldn’t fault them for anything. So professional, attentive, nothing was a trouble, and so approachable. Thank you for making the moving process such a smooth experience, Ben and the team are worth their weight in gold

Professional service, delivering our pre-loved Piano for our Community Cafe in their lunch break. They made moving a piano look easy. Thank you so much, highly recommend.

Great service, very friendly and professional,
highly recommend

We booked Turtons for a move in November this year and I was really impressed with their service. In terms of booking them it was really easy to get a quote and they offered a reasonable price. I found Ben really helpful in the run up, he was really responsive and happy to answer questions about packing and the process. On the day, they arrived promptly and were careful, polite and efficient. It made the move much less stressful and I wonder why we've ever tried to move by ourselves in the past!

Amazing service from the beginning to the end, we recently moved with Ben and I cannot speak more highly of his work. He disassembled and reassembled items like a pro took so much care whilst moving items, providing covered for sofas and the TV. He understands how valuable your possessions and home are, from covering the doors at both homes and the carpets for maximum protection. I cannot thank him enough and even with all the business of the day he still took the time to play with my 3 month old. Thank you so much Ben!

We moved with Turtons a few weeks ago. It was a bit short notice on our part but ben came out and give us a quote and talked us htrough the process. On the day of the move a man from Morpeth (forgot name) turned up early and started to prep for the move so there would be no damage. George turned up and the 2 of them quickly and efficently loaded the vans up. We had to wait around a bit for the keys and this was no problem. Unloaded the vans. They were both friendly and very helpful

We moved house with Turton’s recently.
They were very understanding on changing timescales, and last minute contract exchanges. They also were able to support us during a delay in the move itself, which was very much a relief! Ben and Robbie provided two trucks and even showed us how they organised our possessions to keep them safe. They were very thorough - more so than we expected. Very professional too, but didn’t let that get in the way of a good laugh!

I couldn’t recommend them enough really, and I’m happy that we could add another positive experience to their reviews.
Thank you again!

Ben and his team just completed a long distance move for us. We're very happy with the level of service from them - carpet protectors, door protection, mattress and soft furnishing bags, protected picture bags, etc etc. Thanks guys

Excellent house move from Ben and team. Hired to perform a 532 mile round trip at great value. They organised a time the night before to start moving items and furniture into the van so that we could leave as early as possible the next day as I had a deadline to pick up the keys for the new apartment. They covered and protected the sofa and mattress and safely moved them out and into both properties and handled all items with care.

Ultimately, they are highly recommend and well reviewed for a reason.

Absolutely outstanding bunch of lads. Our move was a bit rushed and required two vans over two days but they were all extremely helpful which assisted with the stress. We were delighted with the service and wouldn't hesitate to use again if required.

A brilliant service from booking to the moving day. Very well organised, professional and friendly. The team made everything that little bit easier and less stressful. I would highly recommend and would definitely use again if we were to move in the future.

Everything was professional and reliable and I was very happy with the move. I highly recommend Turton's Removals and would certainly use them again
