A Very Professional Service: I have been very impressed with the quality of tutoring my son has been receiving. After being very frustrated trying to find Physics tutors, I was pleased that Tutor Doctor was not only able to find a Physics tutor quickly, but one that has been so good. It has been a huge help to my son.

All started well and first couple of months ok until our tutor became ill then we had not contact from tutor doctor to explain what was happening until a few months later when they advise for the first time that they would need to get us another tutor. This was too late we had already sorted it out as we could not wait for months without any communication or tutoring. Very poor service and communication especially for £40 PH. I would not recommend, go elsewhere and pay half the price for similar if not better tutoring.

I thought this close to GCSE exams, I would probably need a company with good tutor connections. Paying £47 per hour would've been good value if Tutor Doctor could actually provide tutors. I suggest the £18.57 average they offer tutors on indeed.com probably isn't sufficient.

Tutor match is brilliant for our children. Friendly, professional and their maths skills are improving as a result of these tailored 1-2-1 lessons

Since Gordon started tutoring my son, his grades in Math has been above 90. He is always on time, never forgets to ask how his tests/quizzes went. Now my son’s confidence is back and he plans to do Calculus in High School. Good value for money- at the comfort of your home and most importantly seeing great improvement in short time. Liz has been tutoring my girls aged 8 and 5 for almost six months now and the results have been amazing. My 5 year old has a diagnosis of ASD and Liz has been able to engage her in learning through play and creativity in a way no in else has been able to. She is now testing above her peers in number and letter recognition. This is something I would not have thought possible a year ago. My 8 year old loves Liz and the one on one instruction has helped her to be more confidant in both math and literacy. Liz is both patient and reassuring and both girls routinely ask me if it’s a Liz day because they look forward to her coming. To sum it up I can’t recommend Liz and Tutor Doctor enough. Thank you!

I recommend Tutor doctor for their structured and effective feedback. It’s a reliable yet flexible system. We have had a great and positive experience with our tutor Jadd (Math). My son feels very confident in the subject after the sessions, he is even advanced in the course. He now enjoys Math and the smart student reputation with his teacher and peers. Great experience!

Chris Reese, in charge of the Tuscaloosa Tutor Doctor branch is amazing. He works incredibly hard to understand each student, how they learn, what have been roadblocks in the past, comes up with a plan, and matches them to the perfect tutor for them. Liam and Shelby were both amazing fits for difficult upper level college Chem classes, going above and beyond!

Amy from Tutor Doctor was very professional, a local business which made it easy for us to co-ordinate and we were matched with a great tutor for our boys, they have really enjoyed spending time with Mathew and we are looking forward to continuing together in the new year.

There are far better agencies out there that work.

I worked for Tutor Doctor Solihull. The franchise just upped and left. I was £500 out of pocket after travel expenses and tutoring. This was also after I carried on tutoring up to 36 weeks pregnant. I haven’t had a penny back over a year later and had no support from the tutor doctor company at all. Avoid!!!

Our tutor, Jayne, has been a life send to my son. He’s always thought he wasn’t smart enough for couldn’t do something. She is firm, but patient with him, speaking truth to him, so if he doesn’t do the work he knows it’s because he doesn’t want to versus he can’t. She is great for accountability and is involved with his teachers. When she is over I know that I don’t have to worry about anything, she will take care of it. Tutoring is more than academic, it’s also a rethinking process about oneself. This is what we receive from Tutor doctor. Awesome!
