Scam, I didn't subscribe on this service. They didn't send any notice about payment and subscription. I lost amout more $100

Do NOT sign up for anything with them. I was charged over 70€ since I signed up for a “trial”. They refused to refund me.
Actual theft.

When you first go on to the website to use any of the features they ask you to pay £0.99 for a 3 day trial. Once I had access to the features I noticed that they were useless. I checked my apple subscriptions to make sure there wasn't anything I needed to cancel (there wasn’t). Today, 3 days later I have received a notification to say £30 has been taken out of my account. This is something I was completely unaware of as it isn’t made aware to you when you make the initial payment. I have tried to cancel through their website but the link doesn’t seem to even work. I am now having to dispute the money with my bank and make sure they are blocked from taking any further payments from me! Please stay clear!!

Please never ever go with ExpertChat. It's a sort of scam. They offer a cheap 3-day submission, and after a month, they charge your bank account without your knowledge. Although I personally did not see these policies, which they state that they will automatically renew the payments monthly. I never saw them, I never signed them. Negative experience. The other side, I was checking my work on plagiarism which gave 0% its not right. The quality of this tool is very low and unreliable, I also asked to rewrite my text that I would do much better than their primitive function. I regret the minute I saw the result after paying, I just said to yself, never use it again. Then wanted to find where they would say about the renewal, I did not click PAY, but it took another 66 dollars immediately. Be very careful every time your press something, it will deduct money. Still could not find the renewal policies. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, STAY AWAY

Horrible experience! A scam, indeed! They asked for 1 pound to use their app for 3 days, and they took another 30 pounds on top of the initial pound.
I tried multiple times to cancel the subscription, and the system did not allow me to do it. When I pressed 'cancel subscription,' it logged me out, and the request did not go through. I went to the bank to ask them to block any other payments that they might want to take.
STAY AWAY FROM IT! IT IS A SCAM!

A pure liar, a jerk who automatically deducts money without any terms

If I could give a 0 rating I would. I did not opt for any subscription however they literally deducted 77 USD from my account without any prior intimation!! I want my money back !! Please refund the amount!!

This company is a total scam. Great premise of an idea, looks like you just have to buy credits to use their service, pay as you go, but then hidden on their website, when you click to pay your $1.99 are "terms" where they charge you $74 if you don't cancel your "3 day trial" within 24 hours. However, you don't see these terms until you email them to ask why they charged you, and then the support lets you know that they didn't charge you and there's no subscription to your email and they don't know what you're talking about and then the head scammer gets on and says they aren't refunding you and didn't you see the fine print and terms and conditions and says they emailed you the information even though they didn't send anything and they don't even have anything connected to my email. Super friggin scammy.

scam. Offered .99 free trial ,x 3 days . CHARGED ME MULTIPLE TIMES THE FIRST DAY..$9.99 x3 . Moreover, The terms that stated I had to cancel 24 hours before end of trial. I TRIED TO CANCEL 3 HOURS AFTER I SIGNED UP, because I realized it was a scam. There is no place to cancel your account once you log in. ANOTHER way to scam, I sent multiple emails to the platform's so called SUPPORT; turns out the email to Support IS NOT MANAGED BY ANYONE, it states Zenkdesk, BUT THAT IS WRONG! SCAMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM
