The are spying on people using the doorbell cameras and other home servalence equipment. The steal identitys and rack up huge debts and sell Ur information and access to Ur devices

Is there software to see the results via a PC rather than a mobile phone app...
They couldn't be bothered to reply.
So went elseware...

Bewildering app. The user guide is too, too complicated. Had it two weeks simply to operate two electric towel rails. I’ve just about given up. Waste of money. Will have the two switches removed and try to find something different

Kanlux with tuya stopped in Home Assistent. No way to restore to working condition. So tuya IoT development stay away from it. Wasting of time.

azienda ridicola. dopo un anno senza problemi all'improvviso le lampadine di diversi produttori hanno inziato a rispondere male ai comandi e non cambiano più colore via routine. il supporto tecnico ha impiegato decine di mail fingendo clamorosamente di non capire il problema per poi dire che è un problema hardware del dispositivo per come è stato fabbricato dal produttore (cosa assolutamente falsa dato che hanno funzionato correttamente per un anno) e che dovrei contattare io tutti i produttori cinesi loro partner per chiedere la risoluzione, lavandosene le mani. per tutte le mail successive si sono limitati a copincollare le stessa falsità nella speranza di non ricevere più risposta e chiudere il ticket. sconsiglio altamente l'utilizzo del loro sistema instabile dato che al primo problema negano il supporto.

Pessima App...con difficoltà ho associato 2 telecamere! All'interrogazione dell'app, più delle volte le telecamere risultano non disponibili (connessione WiFi verificata) oppure la stessa tenta di caricare / collegarsi alle 2 ma senza successo!
Inoltre il controllo a distanza delle T tramite joystick non è sempre fattibile.
La disintallerò per un'altra.

Lavede et abonnement til et Nedis smart cam. Dårlig plan, virkede ikke og jeg måtte standse betalingerne via banken, da det ikke var mulig på hverken hjemmeside eller i appen.

The device is pants, it's ridiculously hard to set up and doesn't accept standard remote codes. The add remote option needs you to have the remote or it to be on a list that isn't compatible with anything I own.
If I could give it a lower rating I would, will never buy tuya products again, complete waste of time and money.

L'apparato, passate alcune settimane dalla prima configurazione, non risulta essere piu associato all'app.
Pertanto bisogna intervenire on-site per riassociare A FATICA il dispositivo.

This company is a disgrace , there App support is terrible, and they do not provide any support for hardware which is controlled by the App. The products themselves are difficult to install, are not stable or reliable. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Tuya has dropped all support for Home Assistant. For the past 6 months Tuya devices through the iot platform of Tuya do not work properly.
Stay away from Tuya devices or Tuya compatible devices if you want to use Home Assistant.
Tuya made a big announcement about officially supporting Home Assistant - yet Github is full of complaints about the states of devices not reported correctly to Home Assistant. Has not been solving anything for the last year. So stay away from this brand if you want to use Home Assistant.

Tuya needs a QR code to add devices, no way of using make and model, these products are rubbish without the ability to name your devices to add.

Product didn't work; support impersonal and unhelpful.
I had two devices, and I have had problems where I have no access to the devices - which it seems is related to Tuya's servers (I think).
When I contacted support, the replies use my name, but the support agents are nameless, which - to me - is unprofessional, and impersonal.
In addition, new devices I cannot get to register, and asked for help, and so far have received no constructive help.
I will be sending my devices back for a full refund and buying a competitor's products.

Tramite la App smartlife si può gestire in maniera egregia l'automazione di dispositivi Smart della casa.
Ottima sotto ogni profilo.

Utilizzo da poco un antifurto NIVIAN, con app TUYA ....
per ora tutto ok , anche la compatibilita' con google home.
Da migliorare forse un po la lingua italiana sull'app, ma piu che accettabile.
