Terrible service, terrible customer service, terrible people. Terrible.

Absolutely hopeless. They promise a no quibble refund if not satisfied.....rubbish. i asked several times but they refused. Customer service is worse than the product they provide. None of the premier league channels worked. It wouldnt even load up most saturdays when i wanted to wach football. Ive had at least a dozen issues since August but they just ignore you when you complain.DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO THESE PEOPLE

This is a fraud and a scam don’t buy from them. They take your money and don’t respond afterwards when you have a problem avoid this company

Should be zero stars. Communication great taking payment. No digital service received /working . No 24/7 advertised support and no response to refund emails. SCAMMERS . DO NOT BUY. Reported as FRAUD and disputed with bank for refund. BE WARNED.

I got a year was going really great then started playing up didn't work for hours then comes on then goes again for hours writ to them so many times asking for help got no reply been 3 weeks now useless service would not recommend

Do not use this service all good when first sign up but for the last 4 days can’t get on to it and left 3 messages on WhatsApp for them and no response total scammers

Constant issues ever since I purchased the 12 months cover. Contacted them to say they’ve sorted it and it works for so long and then stops. Do not buy, they’re complete and utter scammers. Communication is awful and very disappointed. Will never use again

Responsive up till payment, after that they gave us a IPTV list link that did not work and went AWOL. Do not buy, they are scammers and won’t actually set you up with anything, the website most likely to be totally fake

Don’t reply even after 4 weeks DONT buy their service.

Been without it for a while because it wont load and they ignore my messages. I have now gone to a different supplier

Never answer phone, reply to wattsapp 2-3 days later, I don’t have enough fingers for the days without the service i was promised.

Bought for a year subscription. Got scammed. How can we report their page.

TVboxLab are scammers and the biggest fraudsters as all said seemed very responsive till the money was paid but once they got the money Boom!!!
It worked for 24hrs and then today 31st August stopped working. As many said no response anymore now from them cause they are busy scamming others now.
Need to report this website and I guess will not get a refund from these thieves.
Please do not fall for this …
