Great Service
I use Twentyeight Health to fill my birth control prescription and the process is easy. The providers on there respond quickly and if there are any issues, their customer response team is very helpful. The other day I need to renew my prescription and Laura, the service rep, made the process simple and seamless. My prescription is delivered straight to my home and someone is always available if I have any questions.

Great overall care
The doctor was great with her explanation of how to take my BC, what type would help me with my issues, and I was done within 20 minutes with a prescription! Overall, completely satisfied and will continue to use. Great customer service and quick delivery service! Also, I enjoyed speaking to Dr. May-Lynn Chu.

great service for my prescription
using this service has been great, it was easy getting started, the consultations are always quick. anytime i needed to reach out to customer service i’ve received quick replies. Dr May Lin Chu was so nice , i had my consultation with her last and she took the time to answer my questions .

Wonderful customer service
They sent my script directly to my pharmacy at no cost and gave me a couple months before they charged me I should have thought to cancel before I was charged but I was crazy busy. The process of cancelling was very easy online. I then had a question about if my script was still good after I cancelled my subscription and May Ann quickly answered my question and reassured me that it would be good for the year even after cancelling my membership. 1 less star for the cost of the membership being about $5 higher than listed when I signed up.

The ability to have my necessary meds on auto refill. Never have to worry about running out. If I have any concerns, the team is quick to respond and help. Definitely worth the monthly price.

Great company
I’ve had a really good experience with TwentyEightHealth. The providers have always listened to my concerns, made me feel heard, and took the time to make sure I was getting the care I needed. Scheduling an appointment was quick and easy, and customer service got back to me in a reasonable amount of time whenever I had questions. Overall, it’s been a convenient option, especially for non-emergency medical care when you don’t want to spend hours waiting at a doctor’s office.
