Had an issue with a buckle on an apex harness I purchased and the customer service were very helpful in getting the problem resolved . This was great as my dog loves the harness, it’s secure but not too heavy or restrictive

I ordered the small apex harness and collar, due to outstanding reviews. Unfortunately the wrong size collar was shipped, however, I must point out I did request fast delivery and it was just human error, these things happen. It's how a company rectify this that matters, upon being advised this wonderful company had shipped out a replacement that was delivered in 2 days and sent free postage to return the incorrect collar. A massive big shout out to Ella, you are wonderful...thank you!
On to the products, absolutely gorgeous, and more to the point, super comfortable. Very easy to order the correct size harness thanks to the very detailed video from the company, this way you can see what constitutes, too small, too large and perfect fit. They do size slightly differently to harnesses I've purchased before, so would advise on watching the video, super helpful.
I've previously had a very good, reputable brand harness before the Apex harness...but this is another level of good. So comfortable for my dog, also, my dog wears this when travelling in the car, we have a car seat that attached to the isofix fittings, in his previous harness he was uncomfortable, in this harness tethered to the headrest attachment he endured a 4 hour car journey with zero distress, no panting, I believe this harness has made all the difference to his car journeys due to the comfort levels, same for the return journey, it's the first time he has slept happily in the car. 100% recommended.

My boy has been living in twiggy tags since he was a pup. I love the style and fit of their harnesses as they don’t restrict movement and they come in so many great designs. Their multiway leads are amazing as they are so versatile I never leave the house without one. Lo and the team are always so helpful before and after any purchase

Lyla lives in her comfy and practical TT harnie sets, we love the vibrant colours. We have two seatbelts, one for the car/van. She always has her TrekBright & safety lights on to make her easily seen on night walks as a black dog. Her multi-way lead is perfect for camping adventures 🖤

Iv tried and tested so many different brands of harnesses and by far twiggytags have been the best. My absolute favourite is the apex with the waterproof lead and collar. I love how they fit my 3 year old Dalmatian Meeko. Iv really struggled to find a harness that fit nicely on him and supports without hurting him. The waterproof collar and lead are brilliant, they are comfy and wipe clean easily. Being a massive fan, iv also got the adventure harness 2 in lagoon and yet again fits beautifully on him. The quality is fab too!

The best dog gear! All the gear is strength tested which is a must when you have a reactive dog. Apex harness was a game changer for my dog, the most perfect fit.

Product arrived quicker than expected and we were very pleased. Matching harness, collar and multiway lead all looked beautiful together but were also strong enough to handle my 38Kg bulldog cross.
