Stylish, quirky, bold, vibrant, strong, and brave, our brand invites everyone to embrace their true selves and pursue their dreams – embodying the fearless spirit of our founders. Rooted in a deep love for Yorkshire yet transcending geographical boundaries, the Two Lasses aim to shatter the clichés surrounding rum – no more pirates and sailors – with our exquisitely smooth rum and delightfully twisted liqueurs. These independent and empowered women are redefining rum, breaking free from tired stereotypes and creating exceptional spirits that speak volumes. As a start-up business, we wanted to forge our own path and differentiate ourselves from other brands. We take pride in our British heritage and felt it was crucial to champion British rum. Thus, we embarked on launching the first-ever British rum brand founded by two women. For the Two Lasses, it's paramount that every step of fermenting and distilling begins from scratch, right here in England. Like most rums, Two Lasses Rum is crafted from sugarcane molasses. In collaboration with our Master Distiller, we import 100% sugarcane molasses to create our own distinct spirit, rejecting the practice of importing pre-distilled liquid from the Caribbean or elsewhere. The imported molasses undergo fermentation and then pass through a super-premium triple distillation process using traditional copper pot stills. From the initial 200 litres of liquid used, only 25 litres achieve the desired richness and full flavour that characterise our satisfyingly warm rum.

Exceptional flavour, quality, service
Ordered the Yorkshire Rum and the Exotic Banana Rum. Delivered very well packaged within a day of ordering. Bottles themselves are nice, stoppers are solid and reliable.
Exotic Banana rum really does taste strongly of banana, similar in style to Bumbu. Great aftertaste, and only the mildest of alcohol shock burn to accompany.
By far the standout product was the Yorkshire Rum, remarkable parkin-like flavour, have absolutely recommended this to all my Yorkshire (and Sheffield) friends, and will be ordering more of this to ensure I have a decent stock to share around. No alcohol shock at all which was delightful to accompany this delicious sipping dessert rum, only downside is that it's incredibly moreish and I only have one bottle so far!

What a stunning find! I've been following Two Lasses for a while and decided to jump in with the banana rum...it is amazing. Beautiful banana aftertaste, even when mixed with coke. I also used it mixed with orange juice and it was a perfect tropical kick for the cocktail. I will definitely be buying more in the future and also try some of the other varieties too.

Spiced Rum
I bought a bottle of the spiced rum for my Husbands birthday next week. I'm sure he'll love it and I always like to get him different rums each year and I really liked this as it was local-ish and a small business I could support. Delivery was fast as well and the bottle was well packaged.
