Jeg har ALDRIG oprettet mig en profil. Pludselig modtager jeg mails om at “ham her og 10 andre mænd vil chatte” jeg tænker hvad filen er det? Jeg bruger linket der er i mailen, og ser at min profilbillede fra Facebook er brugt derinde og der står jeg er interreseret i mænd fra 18-28 år - hvilket jeg aldrig har skrevet. Anede slet ikke hvad det var før jeg modtog mails. Og jeg kan selvfølgelig ikke slette kontoen da jeg jo af god grund ikke kender koden

Er zit nog koren tussen het kaf

Er zit nog koren tussen het kaf. Ik ben sinds 19 juli lid van Twoo. Het klopt inderdaad dat er veel scammers zijn op Twoo. Je herkent ze aan hun profiel waar steevast Engels(USA) de taal is dat ze spreken. Quasi altijd hebben de profielen maar één foto. Soms stelen de scammers zelfs foto's van leden die op Twoo actief zijn. Ik betwijfel of Twoo daar moeite voor doet om actief op zoek te gaan. Wat mij het meeste stoort is de Discover. Ik heb aangeduid dat ik heel België als criteria voor de Discover wil. In het begin krijg je inderdaad enkel Belgische leden. Vanaf dat je de 5de of zesde keer de Discover doet dan komt het pijnlijk tot uiting dat er niet veel Belgische vrouwelijke leden zijn. De profielen uit Duitsland, Frankrijk, Canada en andere landen komen volop langs de ontdekkingsapplicatie langs. Het is een voorbeeld hoe je als site verdoezelt dat er niet veel vrouwelijke Belgische leden te vinden zijn. Ik denk dat de verhouding 90%-10% is. Je moet eens kijken hoeveel likes sommige vrouwen hebben. Maar ik moet ook toegeven dat er ook wel echte vrouwen online zijn en dat je er leuke babbels mee kunt hebben. Al bij al is 12,99 euro voor een maand premium niet veel geld. Credits koop ik niet. Want dan begin je pas geld uit te geven. Dus mannen als je goed zoekt dan kom je zeker een verborgen parel tegen.

Profielen waarvoor je al een keuze maakte, krijg je niet meer te zien in Discover. Daardoor worden er binnen jouw filter mogelijk niet voldoende profielen gevonden en krijg je ook resultaten buiten je zoekfilter. Je zal dan bijvoorbeeld profielen te zien krijgen die verder dan 25km verwijderd zijn van je woonplaats. Dit zal minder voorkomen naargelang er weer nieuwe leden bijkomen in je regio!
Ik kan je alleen maar verzekeren dat we ons best doen om alle valse profielen van Twoo te verwijderen. Onze moderatoren zijn voortdurend bezig met het opsporen van verdachte profielen. Daarom vragen wij ook om deze profielen aan ons te melden door de knop meld misbruik te gebruiken via de chat of via het grijze vlaggetje op het profiel van de person die je wilt melden.

Twoo moest verboden worden

Vee valse profielen. Mannen worden doorverwezen naar prostituees. Heel veel oude en valse profielen.Die staan ook op Meetic en zo.Zeer slechte, bijna onbestaande zoekfunctie. Geldklopperij voor Premium en credits. WEGBLIJVEN DAAR. Oh ja en ze zeggen er dan nog bij dat de gebruikers alle schuld hier aan hebben. Binnenkort komen de Beheerders/moderators op bij de verkiezingen want ze zijn al even corrupt als de politiekers die ook hun zakken vullen met het geld van anderen.

Ik kan je alleen maar verzekeren dat we ons best doen om alle valse profielen van Twoo te verwijderen. Onze moderatoren zijn voortdurend bezig met het opsporen van verdachte profielen. Je kunt de meeste dingen op Twoo gratis doen, zoals het ontmoeten van nieuwe mensen en chatten met mensen waar je mee een Match hebt. Echter, om Twoo zo geweldig en veilig mogelijk te maken, moeten we wat geld verdienen om onze geweldige ontwikkelaars te kunnen betalen. Uiteraard is het niet de gebruikers schuld, het is natuurlijk altijd eigen keuze om een product aan te schaffen. Met een beetje geduld kan je nog steeds alles gratis doen op Twoo.

how to detect the fake profiles at TWOO

The majority of women's profiles are fake. They pretend to be from the same city/state you are from. If you ask what part of the city they are from? Most of them would say a general word like "southside". They do not know the details! Then, it goes to asking your Gmail id on the "Hangout" application, telephone, or credit information! %90 of them have lost or broken their phones! They cannot talk to you over the phone because either the cellphone is broken or their parents are with them! If any of these applies to your conversation, stop talking to them and report it to TWOO immediately.
TWOO: I wonder if you guys have any time/effort dedicated to detecting these fake profiles! They are many algorithms that have been proven successful in similar online-dating platforms! Take your business seriously!

- picture screening by 24/7 teams
- anti-scam measurements with different scam indicators
- anti-fake moderation by 24/7 teams
- abuse reports by users dealt with by dedicated community managers

We always appreciate it if a user who sees fake profiles on the site reports them to us as it helps us improve our scam detecting systems and block such profiles faster. If you see such profiles on the site, please report them to our moderators.

I am having very bad time with twoo…

I am having very bad time with twoo website. My whole two days are gone trying to fix my subscription. I am very upset. For all the trouble I had to go through because of all of this they should refund my money. I have clearly turned off auto renewal to subscription but their staff insists that it is not turned off on their end. I spent so much time calling and talking to the Apple staff and my credit card staff about this. According to me this company is not good for me at all. They have refused to refund me as they say it is not their policy. It was a big mistake to pay them.

ein Stern ist noch zu viel. bei mir wurde einfach ein Betrag von 9.90€ vom Bankkonto abgebucht weil ich irgendetwas gebucht haben soll. das kann aber nicht sein da ich nicht mehr auf der twoo Seite war Monate lang. Betrügerseite Vorsicht.

Jeg har stoppet mit abonnement for længe siden, og jeg havde slettet min profil 2 dage før udløb, men nu er der pludselig hævet kr. 178,00 på min konto, og min side er åbnet igen - hvad sker der, det kan ikke være rigtigt at man bare trækker penge, selv om jeg har stoppet abonnementet, samt lukket siden ned, det må være en ommer - jeg har skrevet til jer, men ingen reaktion - se nu at tilbageføre mine penge ...

Dieser eine Stern ist schon viel zu viel für ein Portal mit 80% Scammern. Und selbst wenn man diese meldet werden sie nicht entfernt. Ich frage mich echt ob das nicht eine Datingseite von Scammern für Scammer ist.Glauben die eigentlich ernsthaft das in Deutschland nur Mugus herumlaufen??

Full of fake profiles, scams and hardly any real women.

App is full of fake profiles or scammers.
Do a search for preferred language of English. You get 100s of Eastern Europeans who don't know a word of English.
Then you search specifically for white people, you get scammers from Africa who are not white and claim they live in London. Yet have photos are from an African village.
Then you get the profiles with just one photo, no profile info and it clearly is just an old photo from 10 years ago pulled from a website.

What needs to happen is the app should force people to have a minimum of 2 photos and at least 100 words for a profile. If you don't do that then registration should not be accepted.
Also deactivate accounts that have not logged in for 30 days or more. That would deter your company and anyone else from making fake profiles. You say you get rid of fake profiles or don't use them but I am consistently reporting them. Also stop telling me it is a random strangers birthday who hasn't logged in for years.

I give it two stars only because I have at least spoken to a handful of real people but if you took away all the rubbish you would be left with about 100 woman from the UK who are real and 5000 men.

I have chatting with men using white male pictures .I am not interested in black men
I feel very frustrated being approached by these scammers

Twoo persiste dans son incompétence et ne fait rien pour se rattraper.

Bonjour,
suite à la réponse de twoo à mon signalement, je leur ai communiqué mon adresse mail afin qu'ils fassent une enquête. A ce jour rien de changé. L'équipe "twoo" semble plus prompte à bloquer les gens qu'a réparer leurs erreurs. Ils annoncent avoir des équipes de modérateurs qui bossent 24\24, mais c'est que du baratin. Pour le moment ils ont juste fait une réponse , pour faire croire qu'ils allaient faire quelque chose. Donc encore aujourd'hui, je confirme Un site infesté de faux profil géré par des incompétent.
Les faux profils sont plus fort qu'eux ils se servent de leur incompétence pour éliminer les gens qui les dénoncent. Je vous tiendrait au courant tous les jours afin que vous puissiez juger en direct de ce que va faire twoo. A demain mes amis.
