I love the design of the glasses and i would like to have a pair of the safety glasses but i wish that they came out with a XL version for my bigger than average head size.

I absolutely love Two Svge Sunglasses, now have 7 pairs!! They ship in a reasonable timeline, they are always packaged well, their products are great quality and even smells good when you open the box. Bang for your buck, incredible products!! Get you some of these for yourself, you will not be disappointed!!

Absolutely terrible experience.

I bought these glasses expecting them to withstand real Australian conditions. Instead, after only around six months, the chrome coating on the lenses started peeling off. This isn't normal wear and tear—the coating is literally failing.

When I contacted customer support, they didn't even try to help. They immediately blamed sweat, sunscreen, dirt, or the way I cleaned the glasses. Apparently, they believe their lenses can't handle heat, sweat, or dusty conditions. That's a very poor excuse for a product that is marketed for active outdoor use.

The most frustrating part wasn't even the product—it was the customer service. My warranty claim was dismissed without any meaningful investigation. It felt like they had already decided the outcome before properly considering the evidence I provided.

If a pair of premium sunglasses can't last six months in Australian conditions and the company refuses to stand behind its product, I don't see any reason to buy from them again.

I won't be purchasing from this company in the future, and based on my experience, I can't recommend them to anyone.

UPDATE - 24/9 - Really happy with how this was handled! After sending a email, I’ve just received my replacement pair. I am hopeful these will be a better experience then the first pair. The customer service team were really helpful and made the replacement process easy and stress free.

I reached out to the "TWO SVGE" Team about an issue with my lens, it turned out it was "wear and tear" and not a defect as I suspected. They still proceeded to recognize their consumers needs, and sent me another replacement for a fee.

I could not ask for better support, all in a timely manner.

They smell amazing! The quality of the sunglasses are well made. The fit is unreal. They look so good!

I was very disappointed with these sunglasses. The style looked much more feminine than the photos suggested, and the overall quality felt cheap and poorly made.
When I decided to return them, I found out I was expected to ship them all the way to Australia at my own expense. The shipping cost unreasonable. I asked the company to provide a prepaid return shipping label or offer a more reasonable solution, but they refused and were unwilling to help.
Poor product quality combined with terrible customer service made this a frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from this company unless you’re willing to risk paying an excessive amount if you need to make a return.

I bought three pairs in February and the side has fallen off one of them…. Emailed the company and no response. Probably made in China. Cheap plastic side glued to the hinge. Unfortunately I have to agree that they are comfortable!!! Shame such poor customer care.

my partner brought us two pairs back in november as an early christmas present.
safe to say we were both stunned at how smick they looked when they arrived.
sadly after a few weeks one of the pairs had started to show some fading.
after looking on the website for some information, i was surprised to see they were no refunds/returns on faulty items. so i ended up just leaving it.
here we are, both pairs have faded incredibly fast. they are hands down the nicest looking pair of sunnies, but the quality on them just makes it hard to look past.

They were amazing as soon as I got them. Little details is what made it such a great experience. To the fresh smell of the box when you open it. To the note I the box really was a great a experience. And the design on the glasses were on point i love the glasses just wish I would have gotten the black ones as well. Lol

I only have two complaints. Number 1, I’m not a fan of the fact that they don’t have the grip pads around the nose. Therefore they slide when I’m sweating at work and looking down. Maybe that is just the model that I had gotten. Maybe there are some. But number 2, I have a big head not gonna lie lol. They do fit. But very snug. Wish there was an option for a bit bigger of a size. I love the design. You can definitely tell they are designed to be safety glasses. Frame is thick, the hinges feel really sturdy. Real stiff. I like that you can get a dark color lense on the outside but it’s not crazy dark on the inside so you can still see in darker areas. The lenses are thick. I like them a lot. Just wish they would fit my noggin properly and had the nose grips. Again, maybe it’s just the pair I got, I didn’t look too far into the list of selections. Not worth the hype I’ve bought like 5 pairs and everyone of them just scratches and fads even claiming it’s scratch proof and the frames are weak and flimsy so definitely not worth the money

Bought multiple pairs of sunglasses. Wore them outside in the rain not thinking anything of it, went to wash the water spots off in lukewarm water like they say to do and my lens got destroyed. Was told it was likely something got on them and the rain probably did something, dont think rain has any impact on the lens just the sunglasses being poor quality. Will not be buying again

I am absolutely obsessed with this brand! Shipping is fast and customer service is amazing.
I currently have 4 different pairs and actively looking to get more. Great quality sunnies, light weight and the perfect size. I always feel stylish , confident and badass every time I wear them!

Opening the box smelt like every man I’ve ever regretted.

If anyone has had issues with this company, please contact me as i am forming a class action against them for false advertising.

I have contacted the Commerce Commission in regards to your faulty products and advertising.

I purchased the icon set, they fell off my 5ft 5 head and smashed on the ground (linoleum) only a couple of weeks after buying them. I reached out and was offered a 2nd pair if i sent them more $. Not what i want from an inferior product.

I will boycot this company until they take accountability and give me my money back.. Fair enough if it was just a one off and they are normally sturdy.. that was not the case with mine. I even supplied photos and just got told "our products are built to handle more pressure than that"

If I could give these glasses a 100 outta 10 I would they are so durable and I love them I where them everywhere I go and my girlfriend steals them a lot and I always tell everybody who asks where I got them I got em from ii savage

Super disappointed in the lens quality first pair I bought with the all black lens had no issue got the PBRs and they got so scratched while sitting in my car console to the point they are almost non useable all the grey is just slowly deteriorating from the front it looks super ugly and just disappointed all around in quality loved them at first now not as much.

Bought the Midnight Icon. Shipping was quick, they look good and are nice and light. Only complaint is the arms are too short for my head so they sit too close to my face.
Would be nice if they had either a straight arm version or a long arm version.
