TW Suspension Tech Avaliações

Order Andreani fully adjustable cartridges which have made a massive difference to the enjoyment of my bike. Had several questions before purchasing which were all answered and confirmed that I had ordered the correct kit for my year / model of bike. Would definitely recommend and buy again.

I received great advice from TW about my Transalp,
Mind Email response could be better !
Ordered upgraded springs for the front, and they are spot on,a lot of diving is greatly reduced,
Waiting for custom rear shock now as on order,
Seems a good company

Had a hiccup on part delivery but Teut pulled out all the stops to get things sorted and install the upgraded suspension on my NC750 .
Top guy highly recommend his services…

Great service as usual, good advice and prompt postage, thanks Teut

Great communication and fast delivery of quality genuine Bitubo tools.

Really helpful from the start of my enquiry, helped me order the correct RaceTech emulator for my bike.
Shared realistic shipping time as coming form the US, very happy with my experiance.
Will be using again

Teut is very helpful and the service was good considering bitubo closes for 3 weeks in august just wish bitubo would put a build sheet in with the custom shocks they build

Ordered a Nitron shock, website said average time was 5-6 weeks & it arrived after 5 weeks.
Responses from Customer Service were quick, helpful & professional.
The shock is beautifully engineered & has transformed the bike. Very happy & highly recommend TW Suspension & the Nitron products

A couple of years ago I’d read on the F900XR forum a good review about TW Suspension Tech by another member. Increasingly I’d become keen to improve the front suspension on my road bike and contacted a few companies - some didn’t even get back to me, but I found from the initial contact onwards the experience and ease of organising a ride in ride out service with TW Suspension Tech both professional and confidence inspiring … as was the overall experience and service. Thanks to Teut and the guys - very pleased with the outcome as regards the bike’s performance.

Hyperpro are a well known company my fork spring kit looks great fast delivery cant wait to have them fitted

At first I wasn't sure which steering damper and fitting kit I wanted. The sales team were very helpful giving me detailed examples of what was available. I purchased same day and delivery was 2 working days later which I am very pleased with. I would definitely purchase from TW Suspension Tech again. I highly recommend

Good customer service kept me in formed all the through, even when things weren't in his control. Top bloke.

Spot on. Great correspondence with questions about electronic suspension and ordering of a new spring. Tuet had to communicate with supplier but that was also a quick and useful info. Cant recommend them enough.

honesty. i was told the parts would be at least 5 weeks and this meant i was not chewing the woodwork wondering where they were!
parcel came well packaged and promptly after notification of dispatch
