That's my order number and supposed to take 3 to 4 days and it's been 2 weeks and I've sent three emails with no reply so what's my next step do I have to go to the credit card company charge you with false business practices and contest my payment so you will not receive a payment and neither of us will be happy.

I want to add to my review that they finally contacted me and I had a great conversation with the representative and feel much better about my order and going to be happy receive my product soon

I put in an order in late May, early June costing over $100. I received an order confirmation but never the shipping number confirmation or the product. I sent a couple of emails with no reply. In the last week, I have left five phone messages (phone never answered by a person) with no return calls.

After my review the company credited my charge card for the purchase

Great customer service. It felt real personal the way they treated me as a customer. They left a private hand written note that means a lot to mean as a buyer. I will use them again I felt a real connection.

Beware of Duck Commander Phil Robertson Pro Series, duck call photo! The picture they advertise looks like you are buying the Pro Series Oak Duck Call, but what you receive in the mail is the Pro Series Black Acrylic duck call. This is false advertising. I do note they write "black acrylic" in the description but the photo should match what you are buying. All Duck Commander.com duck call photos match what you receive in the mail. Just buy it! Go ahead. if you have a use for it, you won't regret it. I have a farm and there is always a good reason to throw fire at something. This flamethrower does the trick. When treated like a firearm, battery removal each time, this thing is comepletely safe. Just don't use it if the wind is in your face.

Pros: 1. Always works just like it's supposed to. Extremely quick into action. 2. Good quality construction that is rare these days. 3. Looks cool. 4. Impossibly not to giggle first 10 uses. 5. Can destroy 27 Prius with one tank. 6. Merica!

Cons: 1. Too big for conceal carry. 2. Not the best for self defense inside the house. 3. Everyone wants to borrow it. 4. Wives get mad at me when their husbands want one. 5. Not good for hunting. Don't. Just don't. 6. Flame too big to make smores while watching movies (Maybe your living room is bigger). 7. If you thought anti-2A people thought you were nuts because of your firearms, wait till you show them your flamethrower!

Final Assesment: Where have you been all my life Pulsefire? I never knew I had a flamethrower shaped hole in my heart that only you could fill. Since I met you, my life has been filled with warmth and light. Thank you for making me feel like a fire breathing dragon, and for being the reason my neighbors moved away. I am yours and you are mine.

Texas Fowlers is AWESOME!!! I originally bought a pair of waders that ended up being too large for my build. Ended up exchanging them for another pair. These guys shipped out my waders QUICK. Bought on a Thursday got em next day, just in time for opening weekend. Highly recommend, these guys treat ya like a friend. Thanks!
