Best experience with typing.com...i will suggest this website to everyone

We have been using our book for timed writings but students found it hard to calculate their words per minute and had a hard time finding their errors plus I would check over their work which took more time. Using the custom typing tests has made my life so much simpler. At first I had a hard time figuring out how to use the custom typing tests but typing.com was so quick to send an explanation video. Thank you typing.com!

I could see long words like ID instead of my students' names on typing.com. They re-sync my account and it fixed the problem.

I had an issues with resetting the individual student's progress. The problem was resolved quickly.

Fernando assisted me
With my email question right away.

I had an issue with a student's lesson not showing up who was a part of a synched google classroom. Fernando Cote helped problem-solve and corrected the issue.

Probably the best free resource I know of to learn touch typing from scratch.

Only 3 students from one of my classes synced to the class from Google Classroom. I reached out to ask how to fix it. I got a reply promptly that helped me delete the class and resync. It worked perfectly. Thank you very much!

I contacted them for support because my custom lesson was not showing up as something I could assign my classes. The first reply was not helpful, but the 2nd reply solved the issue.

Typing.com works well and gives all sorts of helpful data as to student progress. Their team was incredibly helpful.

Team member was responsive and helpful. Thank you!

I use Typing.com regularly with my students. This helps them increase their typing skills which is a life skill. In addition, I use the typing tests to see their progress as I increase their required accuracy. When I have contacted support with questions, they are very helpful and responded quickly. I am so glad this resource is available!

I have been using Typing.com in Spain for 3 years and it gets better and better. When I had a problem with the spanish keyboard they responded very fast. It's the best typing platform for me. And I am going to use computer lessons in English to teach English as a second language to my Spanish students.

I had a recent concern/issue with loading of Career Prep lessons for students; they weren't showing up for some reason. I reached out through the support portal and had a resolution within a very reasonable amount of time. Well done typing.com.

I was looking for an affordable typing program for my Middle School keyboarding class students. The typing.com software provided me with a great way to track data on individual student's performances and growth. Since the Premium package was so affordable, under $350 for 115 students, I could jump them into the "Ad Free" version and have them work with less to no lag on their typing lessons. I highly recommend typing.com for any keyboarding class or an independent student who wants to improve their skills.

Some of our elementary students use typing.com but have recently been blocked from some of the features from our filtering and monitoring system. I contacted support at typing.com and they promptly assisted me in providing the necessary urls to whitelist in our filtering program so those students that had been restricted could regain access to the program.

Our district had a student that was not syncing correctly with Clever/Typing.com. I reached out and the representative was able to complete a new sync and the student is now correct in their Typing.com roster. This was a very quick and easy process. Thank you!

Support was quick to response to my request. The answer given helped resolve my issue. I appreciated the video tutorial that was easy to follow along to.

The team at typing.com was very fast with their response and followed up when the first re-sync did not work. Thank you for solving my issue quickly and efficiently.

We had to make a name change for a student super fast! I emailed support and in less than a minute, the change was made!
