Service was good but unfortunately at the time of my appointment the boys got smashed but I was kept updated, offered coffee and apologies, as a retired business owner I felt for the manager trying to keep all on track but all ended well just took a little longer

Great service from the guys at Brighton. Head office confused me the appointment time so I rand the guys at Brighton instead. Overall great service. Thanks

I ordered my tyres on line hopefully thinking it will be easier
Well it’s not
Rang the branch I’m getting them through they have no idea where they are
Can’t get a call back
Also paid for a wheel alignment on my truck which they don’t do
Not happy

I really liked the service I received from start to finish at the Tuggerah NSW Store, the person I dealt with was very knowledgeable and worked within my budget. Would highly recommend and would definitely return again. Thank You & Merry Xmas!

Prior to purchase the advice given was very useful the purchasing and fitting of the tyres went very smooth and then the Wheel Alignment,
I had a front and rear wheel alignment and given a report at the end and was told I had a slight problem with the Toe In on the rear and there is "No Adjustment". I approached a friend who is also my Mechanic and he advised me that everything on my suspension was adjustable and should be as if i leave it it will scrub my rear tyres.
Due to Christmas I've haven't taken it back yet but I will after Christmas

I have requested twice, a copy of the "wheel alignment inspection" report, but to date, I have had no reply from you.
Other than me paying $55 for the alignment, I have got no hard copy evidence that the alignment had been carried out by your team.

I got the new tyres and the person I dealt with was polite and friendly. So great.

It was so easy to order tyres online & prices were excellent. Staff at Wangara were so efficient, helpful and friendly. Highly recommend Tyreright customer service.

Excellent service, helpful staff and the job was done on time.

Had an initial problem with the order, but the shop managed to fix it in due course. Took about 2 weeks to sort it out due to shipping. The crew was happy working with me particularly having a large family.

Tyreright Pakenham is a great store and staff were awesome, but your online process is an absolute shitshow.

This is the second time I have booked online through Tyreright.

The first time I arrived at Pakenham as per my online booking and there was no record of my booking as they had a system crash.

This time I booked online, had an email from head office stating there was no stock of my ordered tyre and that I would be contacted to arrange a time.

When I contacted the store to enquire about my booking they could not find any record of it initially.

I had to get a phone call back the next day.

Online system definitely needs some work.

Super efficient no waiting time when you are booked in your are seen straight away very impressed with the process they have with organisation of finding the best compatible way to complete the service so you are not put out for any extended time. I have told so many people about my wonderful experience with Tyreright.
I had booked into a tyre place who not only said they would be 45mins (after my appt time) who said I would have an email within a couple of hours regarding the tyres I need as they were not in stock then 3 days later still nothing very poor service.

Ordered new tyres and wheel alignment all booked online for a great price. 👍

The guys both in the office and the yard in Campbellfield were flawless in their service!

Everytime I automotive tyre needs met at Tyeright West Melbourne I am always impressed with the teams (and particularly Andy's) level of service, their kind customer service, and their overall level of professionalism. I won't choose any other company. I highly recommend them and they are well worth the drive if it's not your local area.

I had to ask what my wheel alignment results were. I found dirty hand prints on the freshly washed vehicle afterwards. Rear left wheel cap was not put back on correctly, and the right rear wheel cap metal ring had fallen out when the tyres were changed and not fitted correctly resulting in a loose wheel cap.

The wheel nuts were not tightened to spec, I believe the impact tools were used as I have had to use a breaker bar to undo and tighten wheel nuts to spec (no way could I undo the wheel nuts with normal wheel brace).

Staff were super friendly when I picked up my vehicle .car drove like a brand new car so the crew outback did well cheers an the price was affordable
