Good price, quick turn around

Easy online purchase of tyres, had notification when they were on their way, and again when delivered. Excellent sales system and service. Would definitely buy my tyres from Tyresales in the future.

Buying process was easy, no issues at all. Customer service was good as well. Tyre fitment including wheel balancing took a bit longer than expected but oberall experience was good. Will buy tyres again and definitely recommended.

Improvement needed when sending information to fitter, a typo saw the fitter get the wrong rego. No big deal, we fixed it.

Ordered the tyres on a Monday. They were fitted on the Friday. Could not say much about the fitter rapid tune frankston as they need to do better on customer service, they tried to get out of completing the wheel alignment, not sure why? They had to be told to do it!

Fantastic communication. I had a few hitches using the site and accidentally ordered twice, this was late afternoon just before closing time (due to 3 hours time difference). Jacinta from Tyresales was on the phone to me first thing in the morning the next day. Jacinta was kind and patient and sorted things out straight away refunding the double payment. Jacinta's service went above and beyond. Also on
being put in touch with the fitters it was also quick and all arranged that day for fitting the next day. The car drives well and i am very happy with the experience, the tyres bought and the work provided. Would definitely use Tyresales again.And a BIG thank you to Jacinta.

Overall positive but tyre fitter could not do wheel alignment even though it was advertised, so bit disappointed.

Purchase was quick and easy, took 4 days to be delivered, and a further 2 days to get fitted. Definitely done pay for fitting/balancing, it’s cheaper to just take your wheel and tyre and get it done for $10
