I joined UAbility to learn how to build an agency, but the experience went far beyond that.

What really stood out was the shift in approach. Instead of thinking like a freelancer or sales person, I learned how to diagnose business problems and offer solutions that are actually tailored to each business.

The learning is very practical. From negotiation and building a strong USP to understanding customer psychology, designing ads, and tracking performance—everything connects directly to real business situations, especially when working with MSMEs and exporters.

The support system has also been strong. Jayant, Pratham, Bhaskar, and Rohan have been consistently helpful throughout the journey.

There were phases where things didn’t work.
Trials, errors, and not getting results.

But the focus was always on learning from each mistake instead of giving up. That mindset shift made a big difference.

I’m still learning and improving, but I can clearly see how my approach to business development has become more structured and effective.

I currently provide domestic and international business development services to SMBs, MSMEs, and exporters, and this experience has strengthened how I work with clients.

Its just amazing how in depth the team goes to explain the concepts and their willingness for you to grow. Jayant specially in the coolest guy.. Explains such beautifully and really wants you to succeed. Ask him as many times and he will be more than willing to help and explain and go extra extra mile. I signed up with Uablity couple of years back but I still have full support from the team in form of HTT. Great program!

I enrolled in the UAbility Blue program while managing a demanding full-time job, and I think that context matters a lot for this review.

First, I want to say — the program itself is good. The core components like BMC formation, SLOSHED and sales scripts are genuinely really strong. These are clearly the backbone of what they teach, and they worked really well for me in B2C fitness niche.

However, where things got tricky for me was the time investment required.

Starting from scratch — with no prior business experience or workflows — and trying to execute everything within 3 months while handling a hectic job is honestly very challenging. This isn’t a flaw in the program itself, but I do feel this expectation should have been made much clearer during the sales process. The program demands a significant amount of time, attention, and consistency to truly benefit from it.

The first 3 weeks (HTT – High Ticket Tournament) felt less effective for me personally. A lot of the real depth actually comes from the recorded video content, which is really well-detailed and well-structured. In hindsight, I feel I could have directly focused on the videos instead of spending that initial time in HTT — especially for something like BMC, which requires deep thinking and cannot realistically be built in a couple of live calls.

On lead generation, I felt the program is heavily skewed towards B2B — especially outbound and inorganic methods. While different lead generation mechanisms like organic, VSL, and IGDM funnels are covered, I didn’t feel there was enough depth or clarity for B2C organic lead generation (especially in niches like fitness). That’s an area where I expected more structured guidance.

VSL training, in particular, felt a bit underwhelming. I didn’t feel there was a strong “personalization” or deeper strategic layer added on top of that.

Another important factor — I wasn’t able to attend many of the live clinics due to my schedule. So I do acknowledge that part of the gap is on me. Maybe if I had fully engaged with all the support systems, my experience would have been better.

That said, I do feel the program could benefit from more flexible structuring or different offering for different clients:
– Option for longer duration at similar pricing
– Option for a lower-touch / self-paced version (just videos)
– Clearer positioning based on time commitment required

The role of account managers is interesting and unique. My AM Bhaskar was promptly available whenever I needed help, even with basic things. He helped me review a few sales calls, some business-related questionnaires over text, and also offered to do mock sales calls with me during our check-ins since I was a complete newbie. He also guided me in attending sessions and clinics in a more structured way and maintained good accountability.

Having said that, I feel UAbility should think about broadening the role of the account manager a bit more. Specifically, sales script reviews and BMC reviews could be included as part of their scope and delivered with high quality during these check-ins.

For someone with more available time and consistency, I can see this being a 4/5 program.
For me, given my constraints and how much I could realistically utilize it, I would rate it a 3/5.

Overall — solid foundation, strong frameworks, but better suited for people who can commit significant time.

I had never heard of UAbility, but my experience since joining their program has me shook that more people don't know about them!
Their attention to detail in helping me understand the concepts, the consistency with which they support my staying on track with deliverables, and the care in answering every question make me feel very supported and optimistic about building a successful business.
